Review 1：The experience was a bit basic, I was expecting a bit more from the comfort of the room.

Review 5：- internet basically does not work for apple products - rooms needs refurbishment - beach could be better and free - on some days I had a cold shower as I had no hot water! - basically the whole island is a rip-off incl. this hotel - 25 eur ride from Mykonos, it is in the middle of nowhere - fridge leaking some water

Review 7：The reception staff were very poor, very unhelpful and let the whole hotel down. Firsty they tried to over charge us in regards to an extra bed which stated on the booking would be an extra 30% not 50% which they argued. Secondly we booked transfers the night before which when we showed up they had cancelled and not bothered to tell us with no explaination. After laughing they called a taxi and would not allow us to stand at the main entrance, asked us to move even though there was no one around. The location is ok if you don't mind being far away but next time we would stay closer. The buses don't run that often and the staff are unhelpful.

Review 9：Cleanliness was below any accetable standards. Noises from other rooms and service staffs during night and day times made our stay a nightmare. Staff was totally unable to manage our complaints and they even screwed up the checkout. We resolved to move into another hotel even if our booking was prepaid in order to be able to sleep in clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast and any other service were well beyond any 4 star standard. We had even to show dirty linen to housekeeping staff in order to prove our complaints, unbelievable. The director of the hotel declared that we never showed at the hotel despite we were calling them from our room...

Review 18：The breakfest was the same every day and the location is very far from the town and you have to wait for the bus or take de taxi wich is about 25-30 euro to town or to other beaches. Is not a 4 star hotel by far ....
