Review 1：Do not understand why they do not change the uglydirty and stuffy carpets in halls and lift! Bartender girls know nothing about behaving professional and making cicktails! Location is not the best if you wish to be close to the beach. The spa is half dead and it is not clear when they are going to finish the "renovation". Frustrated to see steam sauna and cold water were not working :(

Review 3：wellness was under construction, hopefully it will be nice when finished; no cosmetics in the room, only liquid soap; no bathtowels in the room, only small towels, old and not very clean; bathrobe is to be received in wellness area, not clean; since you get bathrobes in welness area you have to walk along the hotel in bathing suit, I didn't like this; breakfast poor, breakfast area too small and overcrowded

Review 5：Dinner buffet not of very high quality. All food descriptions were only in hungarian language, so I didn't know what I was eating... Same was for the breakfast. Very small mini single room, too small for a 4 star hotel.

Review 10：Shower didn't work properly. Lightbulb was out of order, when we arrived. Furniture was in bad condition. Just 20 TV-Channels. Table on the balcony was dirty and out of order, also the chair to lie down. The curtains were also dirty! Swimming-pool needs immediate maintenance and restoration!

Review 28：-The whole hotel smells like chlorine, even the rooms. You can hardly breath on the narrow floors. -The wellness section is dirty. Very dirty. We tried it in the afternoon, left it after 5 minutes. We went again next day in the morning, hoping that it will be clean, but the same dirt was on the floor, in the sauna, in the pool, everywhere. Never seen something like this. It is not healthy for sure. -If you didn't book a dinner in advance, you can't eat in the restaurant of the hotel. Only from the buffet for 4000 Ft...we had great dinner in the city for 2000... -It looks like a very very cheap hotel, and the price was not that cheap...it would be worth for 4000 Ft/night...don't go there.

Review 29：The only good thing during our stay was the long walk to the Lake and to nice restaurants in the city. But therefore I wouldn't pay that much money.

Review 30：First of all a big minus for us was the receptionist who don't speak english and he can not explaind us how to find our room witch was hard to be find because you have to use 2 diffrent elevators to rich there. The spa area was very dirty and old, I was realy disipointed of this. The towels are very old and battered. I think this hotel realy need to be renoveted.
