Review 1：Too noisy, i could hear everything from my room even though the door is closed and there were no amenities in toilet (tooth brush & shower cap) and I could still smell the cigar even though i was in the non smoking room.

Review 3：The staff need to improve their hospitality skills. Too nervous and not much help. We booked a car to take us to the airport the night before. The morning after their was no car and the hotel didn't have any numbers to quickly arrange another car to pick us up.

Review 5：Room is very small, bathroom is very very small. All things are so basic it's almost ridiculous. Wash basin was clogged. TV is positioned too high. Reception staff needs improvement to look more professional. I expect more from Santika brand.

Review 7：I was stay in room number 207. There was so noisy since morning till afternoon because there have fastfood restaurant below the room....o my God I can't sleep. I called front office but they can't help.... Another one...I don't like because the staff was not inform me about the airport transport fee while I had to paid the room. And the driver asked payment when he dropped us in airport again. The reason is because the transport is not from hotel but from another company. How come??? the car paint with hotel's name in the body and the driver was wearing hotel's uniform!!!
