Review 1：Very disgusted with the level of service received from the majority of the staff at the hotel, especially the managers. We're told so many lies and deceived until the moon

Review 9：Was problem in wash room. exhaust wasn't working in room number 508 Towels were not fresh. Very much old. Power buttom in 508 wasnt working. Means without inserting key power was on all the time until switch ched off all switches manually

Review 11：Best thing was the hotel is associated with the Pacific mall and for people who would love to shop and also save expenditures for meals from hotel the mall is the best option available And the view of Mussoorie by night was really worth
Review 12：Got a room overlooking the mall which was a let down. Also once the air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. It was rectified as soon as I complained but caused us little inconvenience.
