Review 1：The breakfast could have been better. The host should have given map and told about things to do and places to see.

Review 13：Area, seems a little fishy if you are coming or going by bus during late evening or early morning. No people in the streets. When I asked the owner to order a taxi for the airport at 0415, he said that all public taxis were booked. But he could order a private taxi (it seemed like a friend when he made the call)for €14. I then asked about the price again, and he said €14, but wrote €40. Expensive since the airport is just 5 km away. I declined the offer for a "private taxi" and ordered a public taxi myself through the taxi company's SMS booking system. It was €27.

Review 15：- The soundproof of the room is poor. You can hear when your friend is in the toilet. - We did not have breakfast during our stay as the owner didn't bring it on time agreed :(

Close to airport, just the bus ride might be tricky as the screen do not show the stops and the drivers sometimes does not understand english very much. Review 32：First of all the smell of the reception and of the entire common area. Second, there are no lifts, lots of stairs to all rooms (no rooms at first floor). Ar conditioning was not working. Courtains fell down when i was closing it. Wi-fi was awful, the worst! Image from tv distorted. Horrible!

Review 55：We stayed at Feel Inn before and afer Med. Cruise. When we came back from the Cruise (we left the cruise ship around 1000) we went to the hotel to drop off our suitcases. The guest who stayed in the room just had left, so the hotel owners had their staff to clean it immediately so that we could check in. It was much much earlier than the check in time! Our son was very tired and wanted to take a nap so it was perfect! The hotel owners were always nice with big smiles! We chose the hotel outside of Venice because the hotels in Venice room rates were double and triple comparing to Feel Inn. The bus #5 bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. #5 bus takes you to both the airport and Venice. We also loved the rooms with nice decoration, mix of east and west!

Review 89：A beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing warm welcome from the owners. We arrived late all tired and were welcomed like family, nothing was too much trouble my daughter mentioned she was hungry and a selection of food was brought for her. My other daughters boyfriend was invited to watch football with the owner whist she sorted herself out. The location was an ideal stop over for us on our way to meet a cruise ship in Venice. But I think it would be a perfect place to stay and enjoy Venice escaping every evening to a retreat from the busy centre and the aroma of Venice. We had a lovely breakfast on the balcony before setting off to join our cruise ship.

Review 99：Locked front door at arrival and waiting to be let in. had to find the number and call in order to be initially let in. Would have been helpful if he who answered had some rudimentary knowledge of a language other than Italian so I could somehow get across that I was right outside and cold. Also, a sheet saying what bus would take you to Venezia would have been nice with a schedule or something so my trip wouldn't have been a guessing game that magically worked out.

They were very very helpful. The room had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Review 123：Excellent location for accessing the main city of Venice. Buses run frequently from outside the hotel to Piazzale Roma until approx. 11pm. Return trip is 2.60EURO. 5 minutes drive to airport. Very friendly staff. Would certainly stay there again.

Review 124：I am a little new to the concept of breakfast in room. The quantities can be limited (i.e. one cup of coffee) and if you are somebody who hesitates to request for more than you have to take a second breakfast outside. This hotel is apt for travelers having a car and / or the ones using Marco Polo airport. In our case we had to take a 20min bus ride from VE Mestre train station to hotel (Bus#9) and then 15-20min bus ride into Venice (Bus#5). I would recommend opting for a hotel close to VE Mestre station or in Venice (if you are willing to pay more) to people travelling via train or people dependent on public transport.
