Review 1：The walls are very thin. You may hear everything from all the neighboring rooms. A pair of earplugs are highly recommended if you have noisy neighbors or they like the tv loud.
Review 2：The residence is clean with decent size rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. If you don't want a full breakfast, you may choose just croissant with coffee at reasonable price.
Review 3：The apartments are well equipped, particularly the kitchen had absolutely all we needed and more! Extremely nice and helpful staff. Large parking, good location close to multiple great skiing resorts, safe slots for keeping skis, big comfy bed, we strongly recommend this place for skiing holidays!
Review 4：The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but this is obviously not a deal breaker. Walls were fairly thin so we tried to encourage our young children to keep low voices.

Review 8：Thin walls! We suffered very noisy ignorant neighbouring guests. Talking loud till 4am, laughed when ourselves and the neighbouring room the other side of them knocked on the wall. We were woken every night with them banging clattering and getting drunk! Hotel has a no noise after 10pm and before 9am policy but do nothing to adhere to this and do not reside at prooerty but over the road.

Review 12：Me and my friend for a girly ski trip the skiing was fantastic and not too much of a drive. It was also Much cheeper than in the resorts but a big sacrifice as for no activitys on near by and no local pub, atmosphere wasent the best Had a much better time in Austria as the locals are much better to get on with and have a chat. The Italians outside the cafes and restaurants didn't want to speak any English so if you don't speek Italian bear it in mind. The hotel owners don't speek much English the wife dose speak a little more

Review 15：Wifi was extremely slow and sometimes not connecting. Location is 10 min drive to Valtournenche and 20 min to Cervinia. It's recommended to have own car as buses are not that regular. Taxi to Cervinia is 40-50 eur one way. No drying facilities in storage room for boots except using heaters in a room.
Review 16：Staff was polite and friendly, plenty of hot water, nice and clean rooms. No noise from other guests. Comfy beds. Sunny outside and good for walks in the valley and mountains. Our family stayed there for Christmas 2014 and enjoyed it. Safe storage area for skis and boots.

Review 27：- You hear any noise from adjoining rooms; - Noise from vehicles traveling on the road Breuil - Cervinia is disturbing, especially at night; - There is no space heating for drying boots so you have to carry in her apartment; - The ski slopes can be reached by private car (approx 25 min) in Breuil - Cervinia. - The heating system works all the time strange and the room temperature is 18-19 degree C. In conclusion, modest hotel for unpretentious people. A hotel that can be used in summer. I do not recommend skiers.

Review 29：The temperature in the rooms is very unconfortable (cold in the winter) The heating is switched off every night due high cost of energy (as I v been told by the staff), so the tempereture in the room is about +19 C and there is no air con or other climate facilities in the rooms. The noise isolation is bad. You will hear every sound from your neighbors

Review 31：Too cold in the rooms, and personnel unwilling to change it and heat it up, made us cancel our stay and change hotel after having to sleep in super cold room. No personnel was available at night to fix it so we waited until the morning, but they weren't willing to fix things then either.

Due to dark wooden panels on the walls it's rather dark inthe rooms.
Review 44：The staff was friendly, our 2-room (1 bedroom and 1 room with a 2 bunkbed and a kitchen) appartment was quite big. Everything was clean andnew (including bed covers). There was a free parking lot and a bus stopnearby. I drove about 20 minutes to Cervinia.
Review 45：What I didn't like was that there was no free bus to cervinia as wasadvertised, they also said there never has been, yet it is stilladvertised online that this service is available. The apartment hadliterally no where to sit down and relax, you couldn't even sit upin bed due to an odd wardrobe system that encompassed the bed area. Wehad to take the two bunk bed mattresses out every night and arrange themnear the back of the double bed so that we could sit up away from thewardrobe system and relax in the evening.The apartment was extremelysmall, awkward and dark when compared to the one photographed andadvertised online. There were some areas of the apartment that wereunclean, including the kitchen and the bed covers. When I complainedabout the cleanliness the owner took a dirty damp rag from reception andwiped out the inside of our fridge, job done!
