Review 1：Wifi signal bandwidth was low and snappy, not accessible from all location in our unit

Review 3：Clean and comfy but a renovation wouldn't go astray. A bit dated and 70's retro beach shack feel.
Review 4：Friendly and very helpful manager, went out of her way to provide local info, and even provided cushions for the penguin show! Very spacious unit included all amenities good for self caterers. Close to cafes, grocery stores.

Review 11：the temperature of the rooms are uneven. the first room was freezing (my husband and child ended up getting sick) and the second room was too warm.. and it was not even winter! some cutleries and appliances are really old and rusty - please buy new ones!!

The location is excellent close to town and close to the jetty. The service and the cottage made our stay a relaxing one.

Review 19：- rooms need to be aired out. It smelt like we were staying in an old persons house. - threats of charging a $50 fee if we did not "wash dry and put away all dishes". We did pay to stay there after all. - Most Importantly: we were there on holidays. We do not expect a wake up trap with the alarm clock set to go off at 6am. We would not stay here again or recommend to our friends.

Review 28：Bed was hard as a rock; TV reception was very poor - kept dropping out and struggled to even watch the news in evening. Kitchen facilities could do with an over haul. Understand it was self contained; however they could supply more coffee/tea/sugar based on occupants & length of stay. There was enough only for a coffee or tea each morning for 2 people.

Review 39：The cottages had a lovely homely feel, and the two-bedroom was great for a small family that needed a base for discovering Phillip Island. It was in a quiet street, yet still in walking distance of everything in Cowes, and a reasonable driving distance to all the Island's attractions.

The cottage is little huge for a solo traveller, but I needed one with the kitchenette, else the motel would have been a better option for single traveller. Great place for family vacation, spacious enough.
