Review 1：Reception staff could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. Beach was nice but not attended by staff most of the time. Hotel is good but overpriced.

Review 3：Parking can be an issue since it is unsupervised and unregulated.You can park your can at two location , but I think there are less parking lots than rooms. Soundproofing should be improved , the noise from intensive lovemaking could be heard from our neighbours 3 am in the morning.

Review 4：We liked the location and strong good wifi, the beach and the ice cream parlour down the street. Staff is super nice and professional.

Review 5：The AC was not cold enough and while we asked for a new room, we were given a tiny little heater for ventilation. They also tried to over charge by enforcing a late checkout fee.

Review 10：The inhouse facilities as well as the setup of the Balaton Beach front private beach locations were all fantastic. That is why after one year, we came back and brought friends with us, who also thought it was the best place that they have ever visited.

Review 11：I would put tea kettle to the guest rooms. There was not enough deck chairs at the wellness, it was unconfortable when overcrowded. Breakfast was too simple, more variety would be nice.

Review 12：The timetable. Buffet closes at 9 pm in the evening, restaurant at 9.30 pm, and check out time at 10 a.m. No time to enjoy the premises..... And no space on parking, had to park on the street. Just like a sanatorium or a hospice for elderly people. Has this management become crazy ? This messes my whole appreciation of this hotel.....

Review 14：Parking space: the private parking in front of the hotel is not controlled, which means that anyone can park there and you cannot reserve a spot. As a consequence, chances are small to find a spot here, especially when you arrive late in the evening. The hotel also has a private parking at the back, but that one was always full. Finally, we didn't bother trying to find a spot in the private parking and parked (only) 20-40 meters further down the road on a public parking spot.

Review 16：My only critique: Bathroom fittings were of relatively poor quality, shower head slightly broke, soap holder fell off a couple of times, hair dryer very dated, low performance and looked like plastic started to melt already/smelled of burn.

Review 17：Lovely wellness facilities, attentive staff, photos don't do the hotel justice really. Welcome drink on arrival nice surprise, and enjoyed sauna world. Really nice balcony shared with two rooms, if only we had better weather would have been perfect to enjoy.

Review 18：Attitude of room cleaning staff, if you left the room after 2pm, there was no more room cleaning that day. One day we put the room service cart on the corridor in the front of our door at 4pm, we found it next day in the morning at 7am still there. Problems with the WiFi, sometime it was impossible to open web pages.

Review 40：I stayed in summer once in this hotel everything was great and we enjoyed our stay so much ... before I arrive this time I checked the weather and knew it will be hot and so we prepared to spend a nice weekend on the beach but unfortunately the beach area was closed although this was not mentioned in the website!!!! one day the temperature was so hot and so our room was and our air condition was not cold!!!! i told the reception and lady was nice to move us to another room but the room we moved to was much smaller and more hot and when i said it is also hot she told me they only open the AC in June!!!! well this should not be in a 4 starts hotel what so ever!!!! they want to save power i understand but the guest also pays so much to enjoy his/her stay in a good temperature!!!! they provided us with an ugly old fan which also didn't do much in the hot weather in the room!!! it was mentioned in the booking that the room has AC without mentioning the AC only works beginning of June!!!! the dinner is not tasty but this could be a matter of taste ...

Review 44：The hotel was recently renovated, but not by the best electricians and fitters. Our fridge flashed all night and we needed to drape a bathrobe over it. The massive cupboard door fell out of its frame, fortunately next to rather than on top of our 6 year-old.
