Review 1：Given the high rate per night in September we were disappointed by several things: - staff did not speak English, so it was hard to communicate and get basic information. More personnel is required (most of the time it was only one person at the reception and the restaurant) - the room walls are very thin, one can hear everything is happening in the next room - poor lightning in the hallway during the day - WiFi was available only at the reception - beds were not comfortable, pillows too high - the restaurant is not welcoming: cold white light and plastic chairs - there were pipes in the bathroom coming out of the walls in weird places, the bathroom window opens in the room Overall the hotel needs improvements (the tiles and furnitures seems to be from the 90s) and better staff management.

Review 2：Location: it is in a quiet location with a nice view, close to the port. I was able to park the car next to the hotel. The staff is willing to help, unfortunately they don't speak English and this may be a problem. We had dinner in their restaurants several times and it was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast is ok also, but you should be there when they start. We came half an hour later and there was no more whole wheat bread (which was delicious) while the omelette was cold.

Review 3：The pool is not nice at all. Feels old and dirty. The wifi did not work in the room. The surroundings outside is like a construction area. Very limited breakfast selections.

Review 4：The green garden and the nice room with the balcony view of the valley. The staff are incredibly glad, nice and friendly. We went to the beach for a whole day and they provided a cooling bag with home made sandwhiches, water and fruit.

Review 7：well, it was not their fault, but last days there the internet connection was down (due to a drill breaking the cable). Nevertheless 2 days later they decided to hire a solution and it was fine again. So in the end this turned out to be good cause they fixed it the way they could.

Review 9：Cala Gonone is a great place, we loved the atmosphere and this is a nice hotel, the staff are very friendly. We had a family room and they added a bed for our third child without any problem. It's only a short walk to the centre and breakfast was nice.

Review 10：Excellent small hotel - family run with lovely and friendly staff. Really clean - liked the communal fridges to keep water/drinks cool. Small pleasant pool and garden area. 5mins walk to town.

Review 11：The hotel is very close to the bus stop from olbia airport and the staff are extremely friendly. We went as a group of three females and found the room, air con, pool and breakfast were all fantastic. We had lunch on one day and that was delicious too. The staff were very helpful and spoke some English. It is a quiet family hotel which is simple but has everything you need for a very good price.

Review 12：A little over priced. Bad smelling from the bathroom . Dissapointed by the fact that although booked the room 3 months ahead we got the worst proposed on the booking.com. I had a feeling of a categorisation of clients by their nationality.

Review 14：The room was lovely and big with plenty of space and storage. The air conditioning worked well and was not charged separately. The hotel was in a great location on 5 minutes walk from the centre of Cala Gonone. The breakfast was nice and all the food was kept in a fridge unit rather than out in the open which I really liked. The staff were nice and friendly and very polite. We ate dinner there on our last evening and it was probably the nicest meal we had while in Cala Gonone.

Review 15：Decor was a little outdated, shower water got cold too quickly. Bed was a little firm for my taste but wasn't too bad!

Review 16：Because we visited in the off-season, we were given an amazing family room with a balcony and great view, which we loved! The receptionist was so friendly and answered all of our questions. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Review 22：Everything was perfect. The hotel is situated within a 5 minute walk to the centre and the beach. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the standard menu (meats, cheese, omelet) was complemented by fresh fruit (figs, grapes, peaches). The staff was extremely nice, the receptionist even moved her car so I could park closer to the entrance. They also recommended a splendid place for dinner (agriturismo in the nearby hills) and made a reservation in our name. They were also very kind in allowing us to leave our documents in their safe even after check-out (we went on a day-long boat-tour and returned in the afternoon). All in all, a great experience and I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Review 24：Very friendly family run hotel that ticked all the boxes for us. Great breakfast options. Lovely pool to come back to after a day at the INCREDIBLE beaches around cala ganone. Staff were always helpful. Room was big and very comfortable for the amount of time we spent in it.

Review 25：This hotel is beautiful - the pool is tranquil and the rooms are spotless. They are cleaned everyday. The hotel is on a hill but it is only 5mins into the centre. Breakfast was extensive and included coffee and a wide selection of cakes. Free wifi - excellent value for money.
