Review 1：Very lovley guesthouse! We felt warmly wellcomed and spent 6 Nights there. It is near beach and all nice Spots of Mahabalipuram are very near.they serve good food and an amazing good coffee in many variations. The owner is very helpfull. He gave us good advises and it was always a pleasure to meet him. We will come again

Review 2：Pretty noisy in our rooftop room, dogs howling middle of the night, loud voices at all hours came right up centre courtyard area from the street below.

Review 5：Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Great location in town centre, near beach, though our room was quiet. Seems a fave breakfast venue for non-residents as well as folk staying there, constantly busy. Joe was unflappable while ensuring the cafe & guest house ran smoothly.

Review 17：Staff are incredibly helpful - we arrived before check in and Joe gave us a free A/C room to have a shower in until our room was ready. They also turned round our laundry really quickly. The room was very clean, and the cafe downstairs is good.

Review 19：Good price. Clean and comfortable room. We didn't eat here but there was a very nice place across the road (the sea queen, I think) where we ate a few times. Good central location, but on a fairly quiet street.

Review 21：The property owner Joe, he is such a nice guy, down to earth, from start we entered(receiving to leaving) everything was excellent. He is very polite, helpful, ready to do anything for the customers, always cool. The Staff are very nice and helpful. I would love to visit again, and also I recommend others to go for it. Small property with good values. I give 5 stars for this property. Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover.......!!!

Review 24：Very friendly people working there. They give a lot of information. Thebuilding is a bit older but it's clean. We booked a room with ac,which is great in hot India. Breakfast is just delicious. Around thetourist center you can hire bikes. Ocean is in walking distance.

Good WiFi, position in a pretty street close to shops and restaurants, friendly welcome, pretty good breakfast, real italan coffee.spacious room, very confortable bed, good AC linens and towels clean...what else? Everything was fine, more than espected. Ask for the room at the top floor, great terrace and privacy.

Review 28：Rooms a little dark and a little shabby. Budget rooms in particular are a bit dingy and could do with a bit of extra cleaning. We had a room with a fan rather than AC- it's all that was left when we booked- the room was quite hot at night and the fan very noisy.
