Review 1：Nothing I think the $100 bond should be put not be held for so long from your account once room has been checked should be cleared

Review 3：The location for someone without their own transport was not ideal. With only blinds on the window and the other occupants having to walk right close when passing, I was uncomfortable. Curtains (nets) would provide a bit more privacy. Closed blinds made the place claustraphobic.

Review 11：It was filthy. I understand it is a budget place and is priced accordingly however it was so terribly maintained that I had cancel both rooms for 4 nights and upgrade to the next door property. It was impossible to spend a night there.

Review 15：The bathroom was poor. Having to stand in a bath to shower is not something I would expect in this decade. The bath was losing it"s enamel coating and didn't appear to be very hygenic.
Review 16：the airconditioner took along time to turn on and was very noisy needed to be upgraded also for older people I didn't feel safe in getting in and out of the shower which was in the bath, need a mat of some sort on the floor of bath

Review 18：Bed (Room 19) a little lumpy and uncomfortable. Maybe the mattress needs replacing. Do you think the downstairs rooms are more requested, so therefore the beds more used and "wear out" sooner? We always request a ground floor motel room where there is no lift.

Review 20：The room smelt stale. Couldn't get the smell out of our nostrils, couldn't sleep. The shower curtain was mouldy and the general cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. We upgraded to the Sage Hotel next door after one night. This proved to be a much more pleasant experience. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Review 24：The place obviously is in need of refurbishment, but the rate fully reflects this. If it was refurbished, you would certainly be paying a lot more than they are presently charging. You cannot have it both ways.

Review 26：No hair conditioner. Strong stink smell upon entering the room for the first time. I have to open the door and turned air con. on to get rid some of the smell. Bathroom still smell with paint and the painting not completed. Wardrobe floor looks unclean & needs to be change. No saucer/small plates, no fork/spoon/knife, no toaster/microwave, bathtub is combined with the shower. TV is bit small.

Review 109：Paid Wifi provided by Sydney company Azure was unacceptably expensive. Most places now provide it free, but I had to pay $100 for one user x 5 days. Room was in poor condition, rust on shower rail, little beetles on bathroom floor, and other signs of neglect. Room was cleaned at awkward times.

This time our booking was honoured and I didn't have to decide which of my 3 children had to be taken home because we were downgraded from a family to a twin room. We received no reply from our written complaint. Maybe there is new management who recognise that good customer service is vital to running a business.
