Reviews for Palmasera Village Resort

Review 1：I was amazed by the fact that very few employees speak any English at all, making communication hard; breakfast is prepared and served canteen style and is not good, unless you subscribe all-inclusive (not available through booking) you are not assigned a table, so you have to look for the few people who speak any English to get a table on a daily basis. Our hair drier was ruined and housekeeping will knock on your door until they get you to leave right after breakfast, even if you ask for them to come later. Guests are generally Italian, there is little concern wether you are enjoying your stay. Otherwise if you keep to yourself, it is a pleasant location.

Review 2：I liked the proximity with the beach, the amazing pools and the cleanliness.

Review 3：We had breakfast includet,but have to leave 5.30am, and orderd breakfast bag. They forgot us, and now they will not give us our money back. There was so many people, that we could not find a parking place - they wanted us to pay for a place in the parking hall. They staff where very busy and not friendly. Not good value for the price.

Review 5：the restaurant. It was absolutely horrible eating breakfast there (we didn't have lunch and dinner). Imposible to get a healthy meal, the staff was poor and didn't speak a Work of English. Didn't like the area around the big pool.

Review 6：the rooms were nice, so it was around the small pool, besauce there were not so many people and it was quiet. The tennis facilities were good, though you often had to waite in a line. The Beach was nice.
