Review 1：Room was full of humidity, smell and lots of noise from party. Reception was not aware of our booking. Neither the manager. They had no idea of hospitality.

Review 6：The wifi didn't work in the room after the front desk told me repeatedly over 12 hours that it was fixed--this was the main thing that drove me crazy. There appeared to be renovations going on as there was carpentry/mason material laying about but on one working.
Review 7：The staff was eager to serve. My room was clean and the linens were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Review 19：The hotel is far from the city center. Bar is not working as the hotel do not have license for it. Laundry and spa is openning when the staff arrives, not earlier than 10 a.m. Pillows and bed covers are dirty. Staff is not speaking english.
