Review 1：We would like to have more food during the day( afternoon snack ) , instead of only soup and cookies. Maybe pasta, or something similar.

Review 4：The so called Ruhe raum (silence room) in the spa was not properly divided from the pool and children. In fact you didn't have peace and silence. The hotel needs some redecorating to meet the standard of four stars. Also, our room was really a little bit too small.
