Review 5：From the friendliness of the staff on arrival to the beautifully appointed room, this hotel, perched on the mountain overlooking the gleaming mediterranean was a pleasure to stay in. Review 6：Pool was great for doing lengths but not that interesting for young children. No gentle steps just the chrome ladder.

Review 8：- relatively far from the town center if you crave a (highly recommended) dinner in town. They have this shuttle service which however stops at 7:10p. After that, transfer can be arranged for a EUR 5 fee. - despite having paid very good money for my high-season stay, they demanded EUR 2 fee for having a fresh swimming towel each time. A plain and utter insult. - AC unit won’t stop blowing air when it reaches target temperature. Nasty to wake up at night to switch it off. - bathroom window faces the swimming pool area, and has no curtain! Had to wrap my swimming towel around it each time I needed to use the bathroom. - Very poor value for money overall. Feels like they take as much money as they can from tourists in high season and do not reinvest any the proceeds in the structure.

Review 15：From the minute we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, and that included our medical service dog. The staff is outstanding, the view and room with a Jacuzzi tub was stunning, robes, slippers, everything cared about. A glorious place!

There is a very beautiful terrace to have you morning coffee - with the view on the mountains and the sea. If you have a car there - it is a perfect place to stay in, about 5 min drive to the city and the sea. We enjoyed the place a lot.

Review 34：This hotel don't deserve four stars. Our room was too small and all over the bathroom we had a mold on walls, as well as in the room. Pretty shocking for a hotel of this category.

The shuttle service which runs at veryconvenient times was great for travelling about and seeing differentbeaches in the area. You can also walk down to the centre of calagonone. The beaches are absolutely amazing, and the brancamaria is alovely hotel.

Review 46：When we arrived the type of room we had booked was not available and wehad no choice but to accept an inferior room. Buffet dinner isunappetising - it is not up to 4 star standard and neither is the diningroom service. Simple features that you would expect are missing - forexample, no service at the pool for drinks or snacks, you are given athin, over-used towel for the pool to last you the whole week and thechoice of watchable tv channels in your room is very restricted. Thebest word to describe this hotel is average - it is not that bad but itis not that good.
