Review 1：1. Had to wait for more than 1 hour for changing the room, as initially was given a room with air condition not working. 2. As the hotel had had a large group, so they could not accommodate me and my wife for breakfast in the dinning area, one of the staff was rude, " manage its or that's the way it is". 3. FOM did not have the courtesy to check on the status after we during the two days visit, were regularly complaining about the service. 4. Poor room service, as while ordering a particular food, was provided with a something different, upon asking room service, why this change, reply given was, " We decide what we have to give", was shocked as thought who was paying for it..................
