Review 1：Very new swimming pool in a well cared for garden. Good spa facilities. Very good dinner. Smallish room (I was on my own) but very comfortable and perfectly clean. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. 5 minutes walk to the railway station.

Review 2：I booked the hotel on the phone in a rush and made a mistake - I booked a single room with dinner, while I thought I was booking double. I arrived to the hotel in less then an hour with my mum where my mistake became apparent. I asked to cancel my booking, as it was done less then an hour before and was obviously a mistake. But hotel refused to cancel and instead I was forced to pay 130 euros for bed in breakfast (instead of 90 for half board, which was what I expected) This was extremely greedy I thought, as it was such an obvious mistake. Very disappointed. They said they were out of double rooms, so made us pay for the apartment, which we obviously didn't need for one night. It was very stuffy and bedroom was facing busy street, so we couldn't open the window. Worst night on the trip for the biggest amount of money.

Review 3：Food was good. Simple cooking. Yet creative. It must be the Best restaurant In town! Very generous with the food - nothing is missing. All decor is beatiful, clean Well kept and taken Care of. Looks like a newly renovated hotel. We stayed In the Big family room which was Nice and spacious. Barhroom little small ( but was ok with that, Since everything Else was perfect ). Service: if you want to learn the meaning of service you need to go there and learn!! Because they know! After a Day of skiing it was great to take a swim In the outdor heated pool and relax In the sauna. The town of St. Johan im Pongau was quite. Probably Best for a family trip :).

Review 4：Friendly staff Excellent facilities Nice pool I appreciated the hotel having a washing machine as we had come back from a 4 day walk in the Alps. Meal in the more formal restaurant was both authentically 'Alpine' and sophisticated. We are planning to be back next year.

Review 12：Staff very welcoming and helpful. Service very good. Spa facilities clean. Outdoor pool heated to 28 deg C even in end October. Evening meal and breakfast buffet very good. Undercover, safe parking for our tandem bike. Hotel is direct on the Tauern cycleway.
