Review 7：The roof terrace has two sides. In one there are the tables for the breakfast. On the other one, there is all sort of garbage. Why not to get that waste out? In the bathroom, there is no place where to hang the towels.

Review 8：The rooms are very small but they give on a courtyard that ends up to a nice terrace overlooking the town. Bathroom is basic. Be aware that there is a switch to activate the hot water! :-) In general, the room was sufficiently confortable. Parking is possible just in the hotel premises. Good location to visit the monuments. Also the beach is just 5 minutes walk.

Review 9：Expensive for what you get: other places we stayed at in India were better and cheaper. Bathroom was a little bit old and no hot water when I showered. The taxi back to chennai they arranged was very expensive and not a nice car. No breakfast included.

Review 10：Rooms were a little bit small but clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The location is very good, in the center of Mahabalipuram, close to nice restaurants and shops and within walking distance of all the sights.

Review 16：Good value hotel - the rooms are small but comfortable & clean with fan & air con.We were on the top floor - there was little noise at night. The staff were helpful - booking a taxi/ looking after our bags after we checked out and were more efficient when dealing with our requests than in many other places we have stayed in!

Review 17：The water was smelly and kinda salty. The liners were stained. There was sort of a bad smell comming from outside. The a/c broke at the last night. The room was too small for 2 ppl. i asked for 2 single beds, but they gave me a double bed. No problem. But there was only room for one luggage.

Review 26：I traveled to Mamallapuram with a friend and was delighted by the accomodation and facilities offered at the Hotel. The room is small, but the extra large bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed (AC & fan) Staff were extremely helpful. Location was very central, but not noisy in the evening

Review 27：Wifi is free but only 500MB which went quite fast between two of us. The room we was in was by no means horrible but it wasn't like in the pictures, there was a massive hole under the door, the aircon was noisey and there where ants in the bathroom. If we would have had one of the new rooms I'm sure it would have been worth the money.

Review 29：Very dirty room with dirty sheets, Cleaning the floor is apparently not an option in this hotel. Door to the room could not be locked properly. These are things you should not have to complain about in a hotel. The hotel is overpriced as you can have a lot better hotels in Mamallapuram for the amount they charge and even for half the rate you can have better hotels.
