Review 1：A perfect place to relax - the hotel has everything you need. The beach is sandy and calm, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the restaurant has a great variety of food, in addition - pools, SPA, gym, tennis court. We had a great time and would definitely visit the hotel again.

Review 2：We have visited the hotel end of August beginiing of September 2015 and had the all inclusive package. I liked the hotel as it is made up of 4 two-storey buildings and therefore pretty quiet. The room was big, with a seating area and a couch and then the bedroom itself spacious and with a large bed. We were lucky as we had two terraces: one overlooking the garden and the other the sea. There was even a DVD player in the room, an info which would have useful if we knew it beforehand:-). There was a wide variety of food, well prepared and tasty and the entertainment team did a great jos- we had a wonderful time. It is a place where I would gladly return. I really think the place deserver more than the current 8.2 rating.

Review 3：- location itself is not so diverse - wifi was more or less ok. Didnt work strong at the beach though ))) Maybe it is good. - towels are available at 9am - too late! we, with 1.5 y o kid, were going to beach at 730-8am, when sun was not too hot. - pretty crowded with tourist from package-tours (not a big fan of that). Chose it tough because of great price to quality ratio. - wine was bad (( - animation was terrible. many times they just sat and looked at kids, doing nothing, not trying to entertain. - we got stomach virus as many other kids (as we heard from other tourists) but it can happen everywhere where there a lot of kids. - kids playing facilities is very modest - you cannot walk around hotel (no pedestrian areas), you are basically locked in hotel territory for the whole time. But there was a 5* hotel nearby, whre you could walk (for free))) and see amazaing fountain show. they have a good territory for walking too.

Review 5：The doctor is said to be available 24/7. Our baby had a fever at night. The receptionist told us to wait till morning because the doctor comes only at 10 am. And they couldn't find a thermometer to check the temperature.

Review 11：A bit overpaid for the mid season. The pool in one part is about 3 meters deep, that makes a kind of frustration. However, the lifeguard on duty has on place during the working hours.

Review 12：The hotel is very well accommodated and arranged. Has large own private beach. Very well maintained, both the hotel and the beach. The food was excellent. The staff is mainly russian speaking, but its ok as almost all guests were russian. The animation team was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to all future guests!

Review 13：Andrei and sofia and the bulgarian animator was really great but some personel at bar and driving the club car tried to joke of my little baby and on us that drove us crazy dont rely on them.
