Review 1：Lovely and quiet, good facilities. The restaurant looked nice but was not open so it was a trip to town after a long trip. Apart from that no complaints.
Review 2：Quiet location and friendly staff. I really appreciated the graduation congratulation note tucked into the room door as I'd traveled alone to Armidale to attend my Uni graduation. It was a really nice touch.
Review 3：The shower was over a bath which was a bit awkward as we are not as nimble as we used to be.
Review 4：The unit was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.
Review 5：The bed was terrible for us, it was really soft with no support, neither of us slept well on it. Some parts of the room were very outdated ie curtains, wouldn't take much to spruse the room up a little. I couldn't get the free wifi to work, no info in the room about it and when I called the 9 number to check on it there was no answer (mind you 9pm at night).
Review 6：Beds were made every day, plenty of tea/coffee, everything was very clean, everyone was friendly. The shower was fantastic, powerful, plenty hot water. Sad I didn't have time to check out the pool, but I was delighted we had the option.

Review 8：Everything was great, the room was tidy and clean, with all the facilities you could need. The room was comfortable and welcoming, and the upgraded spabath room was definitely worth the extra cost! The room is also good value for money, with a short drive to the town and uni.

Review 18：Between 6 rooms (booked) of my family members, none were told on check in that free breakfast was served in the dining room of the restaurant. We stayed for several days and assumed stock would just be replenished in our rooms (as there was stock upon check in in our rooms.) We were only told on check out when we provided feedback that one of the rooms had no breakfast supplied. I also asked about breakfast upon check in and was served by a young girl who did not inform me.

Review 20：The queen bed was a bit too soft for my husband and I but I'm being picky as I get a sore lower back from time to time - your pricing, friendly service and your herd of deers still meant we left very happy. Thank you!
Review 21：Loved the friendly staff (thanks for taking our girls to feed the herd of deers on the back of your property each morning - they are still talking about it!), simple but clean and quiet rooms with good size TV, great location with beautiful scenic walks to be had as soon as you step outside the motel.
Review 22：Unclean, with stains on carpets, damage to the walls and there was used toilet paper still in the toilet! Only one outside table and chair setting placed between mine and the neighbouring room and there was no ash tray or bins outside. There was no milk for my morning coffee!!!

Review 29：Nestled among a few other motor inns and hotels, Deer Park Inn is on the northern end of Armidale, not far after the round about as you enter the town from Glen Innes way. Nice exterior, quaint, cute green doors on each unit and a lovely reception/restaurant area. Check in was a breeze, we were even 30 mins early and it was no problem whatsoever. Key in hand and a little bottle of fresh milk, we entered our room (41). The room itself was quite large, freshly painted (the painter was still around the units), large double bed, fresh linen, towels and nice hygiene products. TV unit was quite high, but it wasn't too much of a problem, you can view the programs okay without kinking your neck. Two sided walk in robe/cupboard with hanging space and shelving. And a light inside that turns on automatically when you open the doors. Little kitchen type area with a shelf, fridge, cupboard with glasses, teacups, tea, coffee, sugar and a toaster. Nothing fancy but enough for a nights stay. Bathroom is a nice size, however the shower runs poorly with hot water taking a very long time to come through and even then, the water is tepid. *update, the owner popped in and we discussed the water situation, he bent over backwards to help us out and is investigating the situation. *2nd update, We unfortunately did not get the hot water and it still ran cold the next day, no other contact from the owner. Bed had beautiful pillows and lovely, fresh linen but the mattress wasn't the best, so hopefully with the updates, they will invest in new beds. Overall the place is doing fine, you can see that the new owners are really trying to improve on it. I think within time, the place will be fantastic.
Review 30：No complaints at all. If I had to say something I would note that the beige carpet was not a commercial enough colour and therefore showed up stains.

Review 33：There were complications with the breakfast, no soy milk and flat white was the only coffee option. The pool lights were turned out before the advertised time and the sauna and spa were not working.

Review 36：Had a great stay and the beds and lounge were very comfy, had the best sleep. Rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom had a full size bath. The best part was the feeding of the deer at the back of their property, this is great for the little kids, as well as the big ones. Great to know that it's pet friendly for my next visit through with my dog. Room was not small but big compared to others I've stayed in. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Review 39：This property is clean and comfortable. One of the few properties catering for a family with young teens - 1 x queen bed and 2 x singles. Was a stopover on our way to Brisbane. Owners very accommodating.
