Reviews for INDeco Hotels Mahabalipuram
Review 1:Very basic hotel Massage was not ok, but not expnsive at all and the 2 yound ladies were friendly
Review 2:Friendly staff. Quiet location On walking distance to Arjuna's Penance Cheap
Review 3:Less space to accommodate for the breakfast as big male group joining them with the separate families during breakfast hours. Need to avoid groups having drinks outside as family stays next to the room felt very uncomfortable. Required more to do for kids.
Review 4:Liked the greenery & the pool.
Review 5:Excellent location - close to everything yet tucked away in a quiet, green and peaceful spot. Special thanks to Ms Priyadharsini on reception desk for helping us so efficiently with transfers to and from the hotel.
Review 6:The rooms are delapidated and furnishings dusty and dated, with mouldy and stained paintwork and very dated bathrooms. After one look at the buffet breakfast on offer we felt we couldn't eat there, as it was just not freshly prepared and appetising, but badly presented and looked as though it had been sitting around for some time.
Review 7:We did find the staff that we had contact with very helpful. They made a great effort to look after us in various ways.
Review 8:There was a huge party (corporate get together) with noise that disturbed the entire surroundings. There was no hot water in the night and no water at all in the morning till it was fixed.
Review 9:The ambience and exhibits. The staff was prompt and friendly. The room had an old world feel but was clean and comfortable.
Review 10:Would advise locking doors at night to prevent strangers coming in.
Review 11:Staff was very friendly and helpful, attended to our every need. Restaurant excellent food and service. Facilities with museum, massages, swimming pool, ping-pong and pool table, plenty of things to do for everyone. Beach very close, safe walkway. Natural grounds kept without pesticides, yet no bugs!!

Review 21:location, well maintained beautiful artefacts well displayed, excellent staff
Review 22:the room was totally not clean & stinking . toilets was not good . the bed spread was dirty. the room allocated to us was not used for long time . the total money spent on the stay was waste & there is no peace of mind during the stay
Review 23:the location was good .
Review 24:Amazing location, Very close to monolithic temples ( walking distance ) 100 meters away from the beach. Staff is amazing, they go out of their way to help you out. Good restaurant, They have.. The facility it self is heritage building. Cleanliness of the rooms, bathroom and surrounding is extraordinary. Wifi only at the reception. Which is good. I would stay here again because of the hospitality of the staff... Thank you
Review 25:The restaurant was a bit chaotic but the food was good and always a surprise.
Review 26:The relaxed atmosphere, the great "igloos" as low-rise rooms and many of the delightful staff. A problem with final payment was dealt with with great efficiency and tact.
Review 27:service is very poor and the room they alloted to me its not good only the tiolet was neat and good other than its very bad, hope they will take care of it ,
Review 28:the location
Review 29:They do not have well trained staff, room service was worst, food average, not much choice and costly.
Review 30:Good location, the proprty was clean and a good place for a family outing
Review 31:room was a disappointment. Dingy lighting reminiscent of a budget hotel room at vastly inflated prices.Wicker furniture was painted a lurid green
Review 32:Public areas: lobby filled with historic artifacts, and attractive seating areas, lovely large swimming pool, clean tasty food despite restaurant looking more like a cheap cafe.
Review 33:Pool was cloudy, with many areas of tiles cracked + tiles above thewater line greasy. Not Eco as the fibreglass huts that are the bedroomsget so hot the air-con has to run all day so that you don't boil.Other areas of the hotel generally a bit rundown and in need ofinvestment or, at the very least, a good scrub, even the receptioncounter was sticky. Not even close to good value for money.
Review 34:Friendly accommodating staff in the restaurant and kitchen. Very goodhousekeeping staff who are keen to please.
