Review 1：- personal - comfort (really poor) - someone was sleeping on the bead before and it was not changed when we arrive - room is small and bathroom is - I don't wont to mentioned
Review 2：Just the location of the house - it is close to the sea side.
Review 3：The landlord is terrible and very nagging. The rooms are very small. In the room there were three beds, one double and two single, but our reservation was for studio for 4 adults. So we slept 4 adults in one small room. On the beach there were no enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests. We were 8 and the host gave us 2 umbrellas and 3 sunbeds. The policy when you arrive is that the landlord takes and keeps your passport until you leave the room. If you want to take your passport back, the landlord will give you a business card with his number and the hotel name and an instruction to give it to the police officer if you are stopped for document check. Excluding all this, the place is nice, but only for a family couple and may be with two little kids, ready to eat in restaurants, be very silent every day from 14 to 17 o'clock and go to bed at 22 o'clock in the night. There were 2 BBQ facilities, but we were not allowed to use it, and no one from the other guests didn't use it.

Review 7：The hotel is located 5 meters from the beach.It has its own umbrellas and sunbeds, which do not cost extra. The rooms are comfortable,but small. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a kitchen with kitchen utensils. The owners are positive and helpful.There is a grocery store about 300 meters.
Review 8：The owner was constantly nervous, toilet was broken and flowed, he gave us a different room, not the one that we reserve. When we arrived we told him that the room is not the one that we reserved and he started yelling at us. We had two babies with us and no conditions to seek new apartment. If the circumstances were different we would live the apartment at the same second . The guests in the apartment went a day or two earlier , they couldn’t tacked any more .The cleanliness was at its lowest level, the cleaning lady was sweeping the yard while we ate, there were rocks upon us, and the dust was falling on us. If you read all bad reviews for this place , just have in mind that everything is true.
Review 9：I don't know where to start. We arrived at 12 and the room wasn't ready. The toilet seat was broken but wasn't fixed. The gave us a different room from what we agreed. No peace and quiet included in the deal. There was loud music by the owner all day. One day they decided on their own initiative to change our table with a smaller one. They don't clean the rooms and they don't offer a broom so we can do it. I would never go back there.

Review 11：We booked a studio for 4 (the only available for the dates we wanted), which had to be 33 square meters, but the one that they gave us was quite smaller. It could reach 33 if we count the balcony (which is not private balcony because the stairs are outside the house, not inside, and we had to share the balcony with another room; these outside stairs for the third floor were right over our dining table so it’s unpleasant] also people climbing for the 3rd floor overlooked in our room through the window – no privacy at all). In fact, there were 3 beds (1 double, 1 single and 1 foldable) in our room. We were only 2 people which upset the host, but in booking’s conditions was written that the room is for UP TO 4, not EXACTLY for 4 people. He was deciding which room to give us for 15 minutes!!! I asked for a ground floor by an e-mail, because my husband has slight mobility problem, the host promised me to keep a ground floor room for us and broke the promise.There was a leak from the toilet and the dirty water flows on the bathroom’s floor.The fridge was completely frozen and didn’t work well; we had to unfreeze it to improve its cooling effect.The kitchen was described as fully equipped, but it was not – the cooking hobs were missing, the dish for soup was only one, the pan was unusable (with scraped teflon) etc. The host admitted that the previous guests were together with the ones from another room so part of our room’s equipment is in another room. My advice to the host is to create some rules and print them for each room, like “Don’t take the dishes, forks, knives etc. out of the room; Keep silence during rest hours; Use your own towels on the beach” etc. and also to create a list with each room’s belongings and to check if anything is missing before welcoming the next guests.No recycle bin in the room (only a small one in the bathroom, but its purpose is for the toilet only).They didn’t change our sheets and towels for the entire stay – 8 nights.
Review 12：The house is new and very nice and it is exactly where is pointed on the website. It’s clearly written on the house “Rooms Elena” and the host’s phone number so it’s easy recognisable. All the towels and sheets are branded in Greek – Elena. The bed in our room was comfortable. The tap water is drinkable. The hot water is hot and enough for all guests. Our room was with garden view, but we had partial sea view. The host clean the seaside from sea grass in front of the house very often. The house is only 15 meters from the sea, exactly on the beach. It’s very comfortable especially if you take a sea view room, just few steps and you are in the water. There are enough sun beds and sun umbrellas in front of the house and a lot of tables and chairs in the garden close to the barbeque (between the house and the sea). The beach is sandy, but the first 3 meters in water are stones (the host has put steps to help people to get through them), after that it’s sandy for 30-40 meters. The sea is very friendly and clean. The sea water is clear when the waves are small and crystal when there are no waves. No sea urchins in front of the house, we met some on the north side in the sea. Don’t go deep in the sea if you can’t swim because the sea ground is not flat after these 30 meters sand, there are lots of sudden ups and downs. The sunrise is magnificent. Mount Athos is visible from the seaside when the air is clear. Supermarkets and taverns are within 200-500 meters, but the house if far from the town’s centre. The host speaks English, but his wife doesn’t.
