Review 1：Wonderful family-run business with excellent restaurant. Best of ingredients cooked with flair by chef Jannis. Great location and most generous hospitality. We expect to return.

Review 3：Hospitality, kindness and the warmest possible welcome. Breakfast is made on demand and absolutely delicious. Really good restaurant for dinners also. Close to the lighthouse where most of the sea kayaking trips have their meeting point. Very close to nice coves and beaches.

Review 4：Loved our stay at Oskars, the creative cuisine was amazing and was our pick of restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Plus the room had an amazing view of the sunsets in the evening and fully functional air-conditioning which was essential. The location of the apartments was perfect, only a short walk from both Gradakia and Kalamia Beaches with the closest supermarket close by. Would recommend doing the Hiking Trail around the waters edge but do this in the early morning.

Review 6：Everything was perfect. The room, the food, the owners. The apartments are the best we have stayed in, in Greece. Would recommend oskars . Fantastic place. They also have a restaurant in the village. Called Amvrosia. Please give it a try. Fabulous food. And so friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. A la carte menu and really reasonable prices.

Review 7：Wow! What a find. Booked last minute so wasn't sure what to expect, but I can honestly say if you go to Greece because you want to sample Greek hospitality, food, atmosphere and it's warm and friendly people, then this is the place to go. The whole family are very welcoming from when you arrive until you leave, the apartments are spotlessly clean and the food is heavenly. It's a little bit out of the main Lassi stretch but the walk up to the village is spectacular. Miss this one at your peril.

Review 10：The views from the balcony are wonderful. We visited towards the end of season and loved the quietness. There is a very beautiful white pebbled bay 100m from Oskars which became a private beach as no one else was there! Oskar and his family could not be friendlier and more helpful. A lovely place.

Review 11：Very expensive breakfast, I have been overcharged, it felt as they wanted to make extra money for giving a good deal on the room.

Review 12：Good value for money, you need a car as its location is a couple of Kilometers away from Lassi shops and restaurants and Makris Gialos beach. Comfortable rooms and nice views. Wi-Fi is also working in the rooms.

Review 13：Close proximity to sewage works - can't smell from rooms, but can smell if you are having breakfast and wind blowing the "wrong" way. When we came to pay, Mrs Oscar claimed that she didn't know how to use the credit card machine. She made me go and get modey from a cashpoint, but i wasn't able to withdraw the full amount owed due to daily limit. When I got back and told her she somehow was able to get it working and put the remainder on my card! Looked to me like she wasn't being honest, and she wanted cash in hand - tax dodge?

Review 28：It was in a great location between Lassi and Argostoli and the room was adequate size and lovely balcony overlooking the sea...Room was clean and the staff really friendly and willing to help. It was a handy ten minute walk over the hill into Argostoli.

Review 30：The room(studio) was smaller than other studios you might rent on the island. The bathroom is not the most comfortable as it is very tiny. I guess you can find a bit better places for the same price...

Review 36：I had a lovely stay at Oskars- it is family owned and operated and the family was always warm, welcoming and immediately attentive to any of my requests. The value is excellent and exceeded my expectations based on price. I had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and always felt looked after for any needs I had during my stay. I visited Kefalonia during the off season but would definitely love to return again in summer!
