Review 1：Agree with all positive reviews. The hotel and the staff are all committed to hospitality. Hotel is east west and my single room was on the "back" which gave me sunset over the mountains, and i was just a few doors away from the roof terrace for sunrises. (And beach gear dries on the sunny balcony. ) Delightful breakfasting with the giant fig trees, and hello fried eggs and toast! I missed you while consoling myself with Italian sweet cakes. Also liked being in the middle of the beach after having stayed at the port. Still quick access to boat trips down hill, while all other services are closer.

Review 2：Excellent location!! Cala Gonone is by far the best area I've seen in Sardinia and I've seen almost all of it! It's a must to do the minicruise alo g the coast! It's simply stunning! Also if you take a car ride towards Baunei the views of the mountains are absolutely amazing!! The staff at thehotel arr cery nice, great breakfast nice big rooms and we also had a free room upgrade!

Review 4：I loved the perfect location (for taking boats to the stunning beaches or taking a walk along the beach), the beautiful terrace with the trees (loved having breakfasts there) and my lovely sea view from the balcony (I probably had the best view of all rooms = sea + trees). The staff were kind and the breakfast was good. It is a very calm hotel (I didn't hear any noise from other hotel guests) and you can sleep very well.

Review 7：Although they were not supposed to charge me before arrival, the hotel charged my card immediately after booking. This made it difficult for me to make changes in my reservation, even long before my free cancellation time limit had expired, and it cost me a good amount of money. They did not apologize or try to make up for this in any way, which disappointed me. Most of the staff was not very welcoming either. WiFi only works in the reception.

Review 9：The hotel is out of date and needs a new spirit. The price/performance ratio is not justified. WiFi connection was often not provided, breakfast offerings are minimalist (two times there was hairs on the buffet). Coffee is pitiful for the italian conditions.

Review 16：Although it says in the hotel descritpion that the wi-fi is available throughout the property, it only really works in the restaurant and lobby, in the room it was pretty unstable.

Review 17：The staff were super friendly, helpful, hands down amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even prolonged it for 2 more nights. Where Miramare falls a bit behind (mostly wi-fi), it makes it up for with the excellent location and great people working there. We'll stay there again for sure.

Review 22：Miramare is a good value and perfectly located at the heart of Cala Gonone. But the best part by far was the staff. The concierge, Gaia, and the owner went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They helped me book tours and acommodated my special diet at the restaurant. I will certainly stay again with such excellent service.

Review 24：The hotel is a bit dated but is fine for the price. When it is very windy in Cala Ganone there is a loud whistling sound outside the window. It was exceptionally windy when we were there and it made it hard to sleep. Parking can be difficult but we managed to get a park out the front three days in a row.

Review 25：Beautiful views from most of the rooms and from the rooftop terrace. Warm and helpful staff. Simple but filling breakfasts with good coffee. Perfect location to walk around town and to catch ferries down to the beaches.

Review 26：We stayed at Albergo Miramare for a few nights summer 2014. Great breakfast, great location on the seafront. The rooms smelled ammonia after the daily cleaning which was a hussle. That was the only complaint. Overall, we were satisfied. It felt a bit overpriced for the experience (100€ pn) but I guess these are the prices for a seafront hotel during the peak season.

Review 49：We took the room with mountain view as the sea view is more expensiveand we were not used to spend much time in the room during our trip. Itwas quite windy during one of the nights. The wind leaked into the room(not well sealed) and the windonw was crying all night long. Wecouldn't sleep at all and it felt like the window would be blownaway and also myself. It was very scary. :( The second night was betterbut still bit of 'crying' window.

Review 50：The location is good, very close the beach. It is very easy to befind.The staff speaks very good English and provide us good generalinformation of the area. The room was small but clean and with nicescent. The hot water in the shower was excellent. Wifi in the hallis fast! Breakfast was ok, but outside while watching the sea wasvery joyful.

We were half board and found both the breakfast and evening meal tasty,well cooked and presented . The spacious bedroom and excellent bathroom were spotless and comfortable. We much enjoyed our stay and happily recommend the hotel and its staff.

Review 54：The restaurant did not live up to the reviews we'd read. This may have been because there were only a few people staying there. However, there are plenty of good restaurants just a short walk away. Breakfast was poor: stale coffee, "plastic" fruit juice, the slowest toaster, etc.
