The Hotel Klosterbräu, a former 16th-century monastery, is a luxurious 5-star hotel in the center of Seefeld. It features a large spa area with an indoor pool and a large outdoor pool.

Review 1：Finding the entrance via car was a bit tricky but easy once I asked a friendly staff member.

Review 2：The food was excellent, rooms comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Guest and their pets were made to feel very welcome and special. I was sceptical booking a hotel with food all inclusive but it was amazing! I hope to return!

Review 6：The room temperature was too warm despite several attempts to get the temperature turned down. Understand the acceptance of dogs in the hotel but not so sure we appreciated having several dogs allowed in the dining room and the sometimes resulting barking etc.

Review 7：We enjoyed returning to the place where we spent our honeymoon in 1974. The setting, facilities and the relaxing atmosphere were first class. Great food and service. The spa facilities are second to none. Thank you.

Review 8：Smoking is permitted on the first floor, in the bar and sitting room. Although the rooms are non-smoking, the smoke does rise into the hallways and can seep into some rooms especially when the hotel is crowded. Dinner service can be long, especially if you have special considerations (nut or gluten allergies) which the hotel will gladly accommodate. However, you have to constantly remind the waitstaff every night at dinner.

Review 9：The staff are kind and attentive, promoting a family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel is a former monastery, which the family has furnished with beautiful antiques. We enjoyed delicious meals with fruits and vegetables from the hotel's garden. Bedding is clean and comfortable; you can request different types of pillows and bedding. Indoor/outdoor pools are heated year-round.

Review 25：Limited evening spa hours-- would be nice to stay open later (say till10 or 11pm), also dining room service was painfully slow when smallchildren are along (dinner took 3 hours the first evening) when weordered room service the second evening for dinner instead of trying therestaurant again it was not included in the room even though we weretold it would be.

Review 29：The staff were very helpful we enjoyed our 7 course meals our walks and the spa . The hotel let us use their bikes and so we saw a bit of the surrounding area.

Review 30：The rooms type selected when we made the reservation were Oswald and we were given other rooms type which was not was our desired rooms. We were told that the rooms were totally sold out. It was not acceptable reason as at the time of booking it was available and it should be given. We recommend that the same room is given to guests as per their selection to avoid dissapoitment. The bell boy was only one staff helping all guests. We had to carry our bags by our self at the time of check out as we will have to wait for a long time if we wait for him. We suggest that hotel place more staff to help guest to carry bags. We also suggest that more privacy is made in the for guests in their room balcony as they were very accessable to other guests next to the room.

Review 32：Room itself is not in the level of 5 stars hotel. Romm interior seems tobe old . I was in Ostwald room and this room was kind of small. Nodiffernect than standard double room.

Review 36：We had one of our best vacations ever. The hotel is located inside a 500 year old monastry and has been run for 200+ by the same family. The spirit is unique, the staff extremely friendly, the room spacious with great view of the Alps, the indoor/outdoor pools and spa are magnificent and the food delicious. If is no doubt one of the most pampering places we have been at ans we highly recommend it

Review 37：In uk we don't smoke anymore in bars and restaurants in Europe theystill do and often the smell of smoke around the bar was strong andlingered. But I accept this is their culture and rules , it is just verynoticeable
