Review 4：It was very clean. Went for a drink in the bar rave music on radio.room dressed in 90s style it was not in the 21st century. Receptionist kept calling me my love. We had fruit at breakfast full breakfast came before we wanted it.

Review 30：My partner had organised to take me away as a surprise as am just after having a baby. When we booked and paid we went to the room which was very small and not very modern just like a little box we then went down stairs at around 6 to get something to eat to find dat we cudnt because there was a wedding on, which we were not told when paying and booking in then we go to bed 2 be keep awake with the very load music.. We both were not happy with paying 98 euro for just b&b where we cud of got anywhere..

Review 41：I felt the breakfast was poor in general. The plates for hot food were not heated and as the toasting machine was SO slow my breakfast was cold when I got to my table. To speed things up I asked for Wheaten bread and was told that there was none! We were seated in the bar area which was perfectly fine but no one came to ask if I would like tea or coffee and there were very few staff on duty so I had to search someone out to ask for tea. Reception explained that a tour had been in earlier and that was why there was no wheaten bread....this is not good enough.I never get to stay in a hotel except perhaps for a family wedding and was treating myself as my son was dancing at the Fleadh but I felt very hard done by.

Review 43：Bad access to bedroom as had to climb a flight of stairs once out of the lift a difficult task with baby, buggy and a lot of bags due to baby. Difficult to walk around room with sticky patches evrywhere which looked like chewing gum. Maybe up to 20 of these. Filthy and such a nasty experience when having to spend a lot of time in room with small baby. Curtains were almost see through which didnt help with trying to get baby asleep and next morning. They looked like something that had been hanging for the past 100 years. We had to ask three times for the travel cot despite having requested it weeks beforehand when making the booking.

No parking outside hotel . traffic warden quite abusive when ,,I said I, was disabled and told me to park in public car park or I could be fined if I stopped to unload my luggage at hotel door .

Review 60：On arrival, i mentioned that the radiator in my room wasn't working, the girl on reception said she would fix it from her end, which was not done..later i said to another member of staff and it still was not sorted..it was cold for the end of May so it would have been good to have the option at least. Review 108：- Room was generally clean but needs a deep clean. Inside the wardrobe there was a thick layer of dust. Behind the bedside table was also a thick layer of dust on the carpet. I spotted that when i was doing my evening press-ups. Condensation should have been cleaned from the windows before arrival.- BREAKFAST - I like to have two cups of tea but only got one (the cups are smaller than my mugs at home). There should be an infinite supply of tea in an Irish hotel - it's tradition is it not? Where's Mrs Doyle when you need her? I prefer boiled eggs but didn't get the choice. I certainly didn't starve though as there was plenty of food for a breakfast. Dinner service was seriously slow and orders were misunderstood. I left hungry after a small dinner so had to go to the room and eat more of my travel food. Perhaps i am just greedy but the children got bigger dinners than the adults. Chips are cheaper i suppose but i don't eat them. The dinner service and portions needs to be improved as a priority!!! Shower was not working so had to use the bath.Toilet seat broken.Perhaps the hotel could have someone check all the rooms to ensure ALL facilities are working properly before guests arrived and have any problems resolved. A checklist would sort that out. Complaints would fall significantly if this were implemented.This hotel is in a central location and could be so much better with a few adjustments. I would stay longer if discount was offered for longer stays but wasn't available when i booked it online hence only stayed with the family two nights. However, the hotel would need some adjustments also so that a longer stay is more pleasant. I would like to be staying somewhere comfortable with functioning facilities and this would make it an environment i would desire returning to. As the TV is rubbish, i would recommend DVD players in all rooms. They can be bought very cheap these days.

Review 109：- Pleasant and friendly staff but there wasn't enough of them. Under resourced and overworked i quickly established however they do their very best to help. The cleaners were very friendly when they arrived at the door to ask if i needed anything for the room. - Location is perfect. - Overall, i was happy as i was only staying two nights. - I certainly would stay again if in Bundoran. I have been in all the main hotels in Bundoran and the Grand Central is definitely one of the best choices available.

Review 110：Staff were really unprofessional. There was no manager on duty for the duration of our stay over a weekend. The man who served breakfast was drunk and boasting about how he only got home 2 hours before coming to work.

The room was in the attic.I went to reception and asked to be moved which they did . The room was a bit better but not great I'm not a fussy person but the grand central needs to get its act together housekeeping etc curtains that close etc breakfast was ok but we both felt we were an inconvenience to the staff

Review 134：Firstly when we arrived and got checked in and seen the room thought it was very standard nothing spectacular about the room, the hot tap in the bath didn't work, I had baby with me and needed bottles sterilised when I went to ring down to reception the phone dosent work, the elevator takes forever to open standing for ages just waiting to go on elevator, on our first night there myself and my husband went down to the restaurant to have dinner as it was our anniversary, it was terrible food was terrible staff hadn't a clue kept forgetting things we spent the whole time up and down asking for the things that should have been already there eg cutlery!! We had our dessert ordered ages and after waiting awhile we were told all the dessert we wanted was given to a bus tour so order something else there was no great selection on menu when we complained we got a very ignorant response, there seemed to be alot of staff in the hotel but none of them seemed to know what they were doing, after our meal I spent the night very sick and another few people we were with were sick too we did not eat here for the rest of our holiday!! I would recommend bundoran to anyone great fun but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again even If I got it for free bad service from start to finish with a very bad attitude
