Review 1：Missing the fitness-room, that was in renovation. The hotel needs a maintenance. We were new years eve in the hotel and bought a ticket for the whole evening, we were disappointed with the evening specially with the music and we did not like the food.

Review 2：Nice staff and helpful. The breakfast was really good and food in the restaurant was good as well. Clean and tidy hotel.

Review 3：Place was nothing like the photos. So run down and the staff were terrible, wouldn't advise anyone to stay there not worth a cent we payed the food was disgraceful as well

Review 5：The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. They all seemed happy to be there and they went out of their way for you. They definitely added to the atmosphere of a very modest place. I enjoyed my stay a lot more because of them, they made me feel at home.

Review 6：Yes we do have some bad experience during our stay ; 1. While we were checking in at the reception desk, no bellboy around or helper. Its just the girl receptionist. So, no one show us around the hotel area or even direct us to our room. 2. We arrived around 1 pm, its lunch time. We've been told by the receptionist they do have lunch coupon for us. Some of the restaurant area was under renovation. We ordered lunch set menu. The appetizer came out, oxtail soup. My husband found out there's a plastic (yes a plastic wrap) in his soup, we complained and they gave him the new one. 3. As we entered our room, i put the "do not disturb" sign. But while we're napping, one of the staff knocking our door, and ask for something that we didnt ordered. It was the other's room order. So it was a mistake. And its disturbing. 4. We found out that the water a little bit dirty. Its kinda yellowish color. Picture as attached. And the second night, it seems like they're running out of hot water. 5. Lack of hotel's staff indeed. At the restaurant, at the swimming pool, around the hotel area.

Review 7：The room space is enough for two. We have easy access to the pool, because our room were next to the pool. The fact that the hotel located in the middle of Pecatu kompleks, make the stay quite and peaceful. Beatiful surrounding golf range view.

Review 9：Nice cozy place in peaceful area of Uluwatu near to New Kuta Golf and Dreamland Beach (New Kuta Beach). Very helpful, english speaking staff. 1 bedroom siute is a bery good choice-large spaces, comfortable room-it was nice recompensation for lack of main pool.

Review 18：We moved to this hotel as my 6YO contracted Bali belly and I wanted the convenience that a big hotel can offer. Stayed 2 nights in a king bed with my 2 daughters. On leaving I checked the bed to make sure no toys disappeared to the end of the bed and found a condom wrapper. Not really what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The staff were very apologetic and I don't hold them personally responsible. The owners really should be taking more pride in their hotel and ensure there is adequate staff to ensure the high standards expected for this level of property. Very distressing knowing your children have been laying on who knows what.

Review 20：The hotel is a bit out of the way from the main road so a car or motorbike is needed in order to go to ATMs, convenience stores, and restaurants.

Review 22：You do need to get a taxi to go anywhere from this hotel but I thinkthat is the case with anywhere you go in Uluwatu. With a bluebird taxi,it wasn't exactly expensive to go out in the day/evening I.E. itwas 50,000 to go to Finn's Beach Club. The hotel sometimes felt abit odd as it is so big and majority of people there are chinese.

Review 30：Usually not one to complain too much about hotels as we rarely spend too much time in them. However, the yellow/brown coloured water that came out of the tap when we went to brush our teeth on our first night was extremely unpleasant! The wifi was extremely poor around the hotel and the majority of staff were not very helpful or pleasant to deal with. There was also an unpleasant smell around the pool, and the fitness facilities listed on the booking.com website are non existent. The hotel is definitely not 5 star standard but having said that you get what you pay for and the hotel is quite cheap in comparison to some of the other resorts in the area.

Review 31：We enjoyed using the pool facilities. Although the restaurant wasn't the best, the chocolate fondant dessert was unbelievable! A rare gem amongst the staff was the lady that worked at the reception during the evening. She was extremely helpful, always polite and forever smiling.

Review 38：We spent 10 days in this hotel in "deluxe" room. This hotel is max 3 star!! Every second day was problem with wi-fi. Aircondition didn't work. We had to change room and it wasn't better. Everything was far from hotel, without motorbike it's nightmare. Pool was horrible, there was old and broken pavement. Breakfast was poor.

Review 40：Food at the restaurant was expensive and it is a taxi drive to anywhere else. Get an Uber cab if you can - staff can call them for you and we paid $3.80 to Pedang Pedang but others will charge you up to $20!

Review 41：Staff are simply amazing! Warm, friendly, professional - genuine in their care and commitment to making your stay as happy as possible. The very reasonable price of a room here is not a reflection of the quality or comfort which is superior by far to other hotels that charge much higher rates. We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival and loved our ground floor room with direct pool access - it was delightful to relax on the sunbeds on the deck and enjoy the lap pool even of an evening. The main pool area was also fabulous. Decor is beautiful, creating a peaceful ambiance with surprising nooks for reading and socialising. As we enjoy walking, the 15 minutes to the beach carrying our surfboards wasn't a problem. Cafes at the beach have a great vibe and cheap food, juices, coffee.

Review 42：The hotel is at least 20 min driving from Uluwatu center or Jimbaran. It's a bad location if you want to explore south Bali but it's perfect for a few days of resting.

Although it was a mistake made by the staff on the rate given to me, I feel that the hotel should honour any written communications issued to the guests and not subsequently try to explain their way out of it and ask the guest to pay for it.

Review 58：The hotel is a bit far from places where you want to go. As both the hotel and many taxi companies use too high fixed rates I advise everyone to call Blue Bird taxis as they are all metered and usually their fare is about half of the other options.

Review 60：When we made the booking, we booked a room that wasn't available. And when we arrived the staff were more than happy to upgrade us to a bedroom suite instead of our standard double room for free. This place was amazing. Will go back for another Holiday.

Review 61：-180 chambres/ rooms: may be different atmosphere when full! -hotel is 8 years old so not perfect in the low corner anymore and powerfull noisy AC -dreamland beach has a nice atmosphere, great for sunset and surf, not for swimming and snorkeling. Sand is pretty good for Bali but between the hotel and the beach, you will see a few ugly big old building. It is a pity and it kills the dream I still recommand this hotel, the staff and the great value

Review 63：Good location for surfing. 15 minutes from Uluwatu, 10 minutes from Balangan beach and 30 minutes from Noosa Dua. My wife and my mother really like the spa. The hotel is relaxing, has a nice pool. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is a good option for lunch and dinner.

Review 66：A pro that is also a con is the location. Its a very relaxing resort in a very quiet and beautiful area but there is nothing within walking distance so you need a taxi or a scooter to go anywhere. The Pecatu/Uluwatu areas is a lot more quiet anyway though so if you are wanting a retreat, this is definitely the place for you, the hotel is just wonderful!

Review 67：The hotel is set on a golf course so there is just greenery everywhere you look, it was so beautiful! The grounds are immaculately kept, the two pools are so inviting and clean and the buildings are so pretty with all the flora decorating it. The staff are friendly, breakfast was geared towards Asians but still so much western food to choose from too. Its peaceful there, a real retreat, especially if you dont want to do anything other than read and sunbake and take walks.

No information was provided by staff and also not availble in room on hotel facilities, location , taxis , food menus , transfers , meal times . No wifi in room only by pool and very poor . Walking Into room was very stale and empty atmosphere TV was fuzzy on each channel . Balcony had 6 air con units so was boiling no chairs on balcony either and poor view. When we finally got a food menu sent to our room and ordered Food was poor, room service was slow. In the middle of a a huge golf complex no scooters availble to we had to pay 200,000 rp to go for a 20 min drive to escape this place . There was a free car tfr that we found out about only to dreamland beach 3min drive beach is revolting and dirty rubbish floating everywhere so don't reccomend . The pool was nice but lots of bees hovering around. Ideally this hotel is catered for those who like to be stuck in a confined complex hit some golf balls sing karaoke and go insane didn't feel like we were in Bali at all. Left after 1st night and didn't stay 2nd night as disappointed from our view .
