Review 1：Children are not admitted in the swimming pool.

Review 3：The only blot on the Krummers experience was- I would have expected a change of bed linen during my 10 day stay - all we got was two clean pillowcase covers - the sheets ,duvet cover and other two pillows remained unchanged

Review 5：I found the food in the restaurant just okay. I was not impressed with the Tirolean buffet. The 5 course meal was definitely better. The dinner is only from 7:00-8:30 which is also a little limited if you wanted to eat at different times or stay longer in the restaurant.

Review 6：I loved the spa and sauna. I had an excellent massage by Stefan and great facial by Sabine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location is perfect. You step out of the front door to all the stores and restaurants. We booked a suite and it was perfect with 2 bedrooms. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Review 8：This was a real good and relaxing experience. Also, the pictures really seemed to match reality as the Spa must have been a rather newly build facility. We had booked a junior suite on the 3rd floor, which was sizeable and complete and had a balcony to the City center square.

Review 9：Beds were a bit hard and pillows are terrible, no iron in room (this is standard for most hotels) recepition staff abit rude and abrupt! And i know we were on holiday but on 2 tv channel In english both news channels!

Management were really excellent. Skiing is brillant! Spa facilities amazing best ive ever used! Pictures and reviews do not do it justice.

Review 17：We went for a family celebration of a 60th birthday. We had a gluten and lactose free dietary need which was catered for excellently. Also we had a 4week old baby. The staff were always friendly and extremely helpful. a great week. Will use again.

Review 23：We spent one week in the hotel with my daughter (2 years old). The people were all very friendly and available, smily and always with a good word to us. The localisation of the hotel is ideal in the center with good connections to the ski runs. The new SPA area was just marvellous.

Review 32：Cleanliness of the room was questionable. When I first used thewashroom, I saw some hair near the door so that was disgusting. Wantedto complaint but luckily next day the cleaner did clean that part.At the spa area where u can chill and look at the mountain area, they had comfortable beds and huge brown sofas. They had towels on them so that was fine. Next day we went there early morning and could see clearly the towels were not changed even tho they have rearranged them nicely again. Guess it's because of cost-savings but we do wonder how often do they change these towels then?? (especially because people were just sleeping, snoring there)

Review 33：The spa area was just heaven. The purple-lighted pool was smaller thathow it looked in the hotel photo but that was fine.Food and service was just excellent! We took the half-board package where the food every night was delicious and well-prepared (gourmet). I was also pleasantly surprised that they offered light lunches for us (soup etc) where this was not mentioned- and def helped after those hot sweaty time in the sauna! There were 3 saunas so not a super huge choice but enough..too bad they dont have a pool with icy cold water..would be pleasant to just jump in and stay in there for a moment. Hotel staff were very friendly (but not in a fake way) so that was nice too. I highly recommend this spa hotel (hey take the hot stone massage..anja did a good job!)

The drain of the shower was clogged and had to be repaired.A bathroom fixture was leaking heavily and had to be replaced.The toilet had no ventilation and no window whic one could open.No hook or anyting to put/hang your cloths on in front of the showerThe room was constantly overheated since the valves of the radidator could not be moved.There was a big wooden beam low and right over the sofa.

Rooms are in traditional style, very clean and spacious but not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Had a lovely short skiing break and would love to return.
