Review 1：Inner villa decoration can be imporved. Compare to the public facilities, it seems to be a bit old and less advanced. We stayed in villa 103 and unfortunately the water circulation of the pool was very annoying. the water pump had broken several times during the stay and we had to wait and call the engineer to fix it. It wasted a lot of time and was not pleasant. Hope the hotel management can check it and fix it completely for next customers. Thanks.

Review 7：Although high prices, but it is worth it, you must know how to enjoy your life, not everyday but one or two special night. Especially in the public swimming pool, you have to go for a swim, it will not live up to such a beautiful swimming pool. We also went to the beach below, you can find the hotel's intentions, they really care the detail. The gift of check out is a turtle doll, it means long life,Of course, it is hoped that a long long time, they can see you again.

Review 8：First of all I would like to say how ridiculous the negative reviews from some people are and thank god I ignored them previous to my trip. I live in Dubai so I know what quality, luxury and good life is. Banyan Tree Ungasan is WITHOUT A DOUBT the BEST hotel I have ever stayed. Not only the layout is absolutely gorgeous but the room is huge and comfortable, not like other people were saying. The beach, the view and the decoration is beautiful. The stuff are nothing but friendly and helpful (again not like other people said). As an example, our flight was at 11 pm and we requested late check out, not only they said yes but we checked out at 9:30 pm which was as late as it could get although the room had to be ready for other guests. I want to give a big shoutout to Martin and the rest of stuff who took us every day from the villa to the restaurants, Putu at reception, the stuff at both restaurants and General Managers Alfonso Romero as well as Samuel. Thanks for making our stay so pleasant, I hope we can visit soon!

Review 9：In villa dining menu was a bit limited. The brakes on the rental bicycle was a bit worn out. These are small issues though. Overall we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Review 20：As a long standing BanyanTree guest, I got upgraded to the best presidential villa. The stay was fantastic. The villa has gym, piano, KTV and billiards inside. Great facilities, huge swimming pool with nice ocean view. Absolutely beyond imagination. The staffs are very friendly and all can speak good English. In villa pool BBQ is unforgettable.

Review 44：- You are always surrounded by staff who is either doing cleaning or repairs in your villa. You call for housekeepeing before you go to breakfast in a hope to come back to a clean room, and when you return there is no one yet or they just started. The repairs took place quite often. As a result you don't feel enough privacy in a romantic villa which is supposed to provide it. This is the most important space for improvement - cleaning and repairs staff should be invisible and management should train staff to follow your guests movements and enter your guests villa when they are out.- almost everyday something in the villa was broken, the infinity pool just broke everyday and after a couple of days the staff could just come in the mornings with housekeeping to check if the problem is still there, but no - we had to call them and ask for repairs. -the villa looked a bit used, and in my opinion is in need of refurbishment in order to meet the class standards of Banyan Tree and the price you pay.

This was oneof the most remembering experiences: +the staff is very attentive andfriendly with good English+the view from the villa is perfect +the outfit and design of the villa are wonderful +the breakfasts are quite good - there is a big variety of food and drinks. +the Ju-Ma-Na restaurant is a perfect place for dining. +SPA is the best on the island. Really. I've stayed for a month on Bali and been to 20-30 massage salons and SPA and here at Banyan Tree I had the best experience. +even though they say you can't see the sunset - we could see in January just from our infinity pool. -we made a wedding ceremony there and it was well organized, special thanks to decorators and Ju-Ma-Na restaurant. Overall we had a wonderful time in Banyan Tree and would gladly return, but we hope to see some changes.
