Review 1：The room was a bit old fashioned, didn't look like a 4 star hotel. The toilet seat was broken, the bed cover had a big stain on it and there was a loud music from the bar downstairs till late in the night.

Review 2：We had a room with sea view and the room and terrace are spacious. The location is good, close to beach and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Review 3：- probably wouldn't rate this as a 4 star hotel.. More like a basic 3 star hotel with small shower and slightly dated decor but it was clean and well located so didn't take away from our experience. - most staff were good except for one elderly staff member who was always on the phone, ignored you and at times was rude.

Review 4：- location was amazing, absolutely perfect for Cala Gonone and Golfo do Orosei.. Best place to stay on the island in our opinion. - Room was a great size. - lovely balcony with sea views and a washing line to hang clothes/towels - a fabulous addition. - We didn't choose to have breakfast included but the restaurant were happy for us to buy coffees and croissants and take them onto our balcony - these were delicious!! - lots of free parking nearby - you just need to park in white marked spaces, not blue ones. - aircon included - very much needed in August!

Review 5：Spacious quiet room, maybe a little dated compared with another 'posher' hotel we stayed at 2 doors down but more comfortable and we preferred it. Low key.

Review 7：The attention of the staff. In general they were fantastic. We were given a big 2 bedroom app with balcony and ocean view and it was great. We could just walk everywhere. Breakfast was also good and varied.

Review 8：Breakfast wasn't all to my taste but there was alot to choose from. There wasn't a kettle in the room or iron but was able to cope without. Would have been great to have a mosquito net and curtain as I didn't realise there were so many and unfortunately I reacted very badly. Not at all to put anyone off.

Review 9：The view is amazing! All very clean and staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Marta one of the employees spoke English very well which was great when we needed anything out of the ordinary. The resturant was also very good and a great variety, there was lots of different drinks and cocktails to choose from. Would stay again.

Review 24：What a find - we had a massive sea facing balcony which offered shade in the early afternoon .. Room kept exceptionally clean by friendly staff . Loads of good restaurants near by. A bit lively in the evening giving the place a buzz but settles down by 11 and silence is required from 11 to 9:30. Breakfast is simple but good and what a view to eat it by. I swam every morning pre breakfast - awesome. Can't wait to return

Review 25：We were delighted by the frendly atmosphere in the hotel and the warm welcome granted by the staff, especially by the young receptionist Marta and the daughter and the son of the owner. They made their best to make us feel in family. Fantastic view on the sea from the terrasse of our room. Very good breakfast and delicious sea food in the retsaurant of the hotel,for a modest price.

Hotel is very confortable and is located directly infront of the beach (accross small road). We have really enjoyed our stay and we would for sure come back again.

Review 62：The hotel has a perfect location. Our room had a view over theMediterranean with palm trees and seats on the other side of the smallroad outside the hotel. The road is no problem as it is very littletraffic passing through. The breakfast was ok, there were eggs,biscuits, good bread, yoghurt, fruits, everything you need for a goodstart off the day. The hotel is very close to the beaches, wonderful.Carla Gonone is a very lovely place to stay at.

For upkeep and luxury in the room it was a 3 star. The toilet seatwas cracked, a light bulb was out in the hallway, but everything elsewas very clean and comfortable. I would expect just a little bit moreluxury for a 4 star, but the five star staff and location make up forthe 3 star place. Value was very good. I booked on Booking.com

Review 66：The fact I had booked for 3 nights, and due to travel plans had to goafter 2, they decided to charge me for that 3rd night anyway, eventhough the hotel was pretty empty. Also the 17:00 check in time.
