Review 1：cleaning service was just preparing the bed and taking the trash without cleaning the floor, I stayed 4 night and they didnt clean the floor. there was no private balcon.

Review 3：Not for kids...no garden and no playground as promised. Dinner had only 2 options for main dish and we were charged for drinks.... (not expacted for 300 euro per night) We were also charged for espresso machine caps.., room was cleaned at 1600 , not comfortable Cold pool

Review 7：The balconies are opened to one another which doesn't give you any privacy. And because there is no air condition in the rooms you cant even open the balcony door at night because you will be exposed to your neighbours. The breakfast was fine and although we booked half board we tried their dinner once and didn't repeat it again, but in all fairness to the nice manager she called us to our room and told us your dinner is paid for and why don't you come down for dinner but we apologized to her that we have already eaten. The hotel is on a main street and its very uncomfortable to sleep at night from the sound of the cars on the highway. To be honest for a 4 star hotel the price is too high for what you get.

Review 8：The staff are very friendly and the caterers in the breakfast hall are really sweet and nice to everyone. The hotel is newly opened (last November), so everything is quite new , but you have a feeling that something is missing despite their true efforts to make you feel comfortable.

Review 9：The hotel is new and nice looking. YET, their way in treating the guests is Not professional and very annoying. In usual hotels, the hotel will take care of you, in their case, they want the guest to extra care about their hotel. Also, usually in the hotels, they ask about cridt card information in case anything happened in the hotel, but in this hotel, they will take € 200 as a deposit. The hotel location is very far from almost anything and it's very pricy.

Review 13：Price is very expensive for a location of the hotel away from city centre or outside shops or markets, so you need a car if you choose this hotel. Also charging for every thing (eg. Iron cost you 5 Euro/day , fan cost 5 Euro/day, water is complimentary for fist day only, even children who are welcomed in most big 4 stars hotels are welcomed, but in this hotel are charging for children). Also when we ordered a breakfast omlet egg , we waited for 15 to 20 minutes, and this is not for one day happened, in all 5 days i spent in this hotel. I dont think this hotel should be 4 stars, it should be 3 stars as i mentioned basic services shall not be charged to meet customer satisfation.

Review 23：The toilet room is separate from the shower/bath and did not have a sink to wash your hands. The hotel seemed isolated from other restaurants, shops, hotels, etc. The rate was expensive.

Review 24：Large 1 bedroom apartment was great for two adults, one child, and a dog. The view from our room was perfect. It was quiet at night. The hotel restaurant was expensive, but the food was good. The pool/spa was really nice especially during sunset because the view of the mountains was amazing. The hotel was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The design was modern. The staff arranged for a ski instructor to meet with us in the lobby. Overall, the experience was awesome!

Review 26：Staff including Anna and Helen were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Andre and Johanna were also fantastic. The property is so new and clean, it felt like no one had ever been there before Facilities were fantastic - perfect for skiing in Zell am See or Kaprun. We will be back in Summer for hiking and sun bathing!

Very convenient location: you can get to any ski area easily (bus and train stops are just in front of the hotel), supermarket is in walking distance. Exceptional breakfast, very nice restaurant. Spa area with variety of saunas and nice swimming pool is perfectly designed for complete relaxation.
