Review 4：You can't find anything better for such a good price. Spacious apartments with a fabulous panoramic sea view, free air conditioning, TV, free parking. Just a short drive to Chania, less than 30min. Mr. Kaloudis made us feel like at home, suggested very nice restaurants and places to visit. You can also rent a cheap bicycle to go around with, just ask Mr. Kaloudis. Really recommend to anyone!
Review 5：A most fantastic view of Almirida and Souda Bay. Clean linen and towels daily. Mr Kaloudis is a very kind host and the swimming pool is nice. This was our third stay here and we enjoyed it each time.
Review 6：- only two standard European sockets which were both in the kitchenette, which made it a little difficult to charge the phone/camera - we had to put them on the hot plates or a chair - no work surface in the kitchen so the kettle and toaster had to be placed on the hot plates when used - a few plastic bags and containers I put aside in the kitchen cupboard to use later on for packing were thrown away during cleaning - a double bed would have been better instead of twin beds - only one bedside table, so we used a small stool instead of the second one - balconies with low barriers (not the best for small children), very close to each other and not separated by anything that would prevent you from seeing your neighbours at close quarters - so not much privacy on the balcony These issues were not that significant, though, especially compared to everything else that was very good, so on the whole it was a great place to stay and highly recommended :)
Review 7：* beautiful sea view from the balcony * our room was cleaned every day, towels, bed sheets and toilet paper replaced regularly, if we left some unwashed dishes, they were cleaned as well, beds made every day * smallish but well equipped and functional: - kitchenette: kettle, two hot-plates, fridge, toaster, some cutlery and crockery, pan, a couple of pots, grater, bottle opener, sieve, bread basket, dishcloth (replaced every day), washing up liquid, sponge, wipe cloth, dish dryer, rubbish bin - bathroom: towels, mop, washbasin, shower mat, rubbish bin * extra blankets for colder nights, * a clothes dryer and a table with chairs on the balcony * the studio room was quite big and comfortable, * very reasonable price for a good location * free wi-fi * nice and friendly owners - quickly replied to emails, provided extra information they thought we may need as well as very detailed instructions (with photos!) about how to get there before we came :) they also brought us some fruit, * very close to the beach/shops/taverns/ATM by car (1.5 km), (though for walking uphill in the heat it could be a little too far), * very quiet and peaceful, * safe - the owners live there so someone is always around * plants in the courtyard and wandering cats * it felt more like a house than a hotel, which was great
Review 8：Booked a studio as was planning to spend a couple of days in Almyrida. The accommodation is a bit out of town but is very quiet with beautiful views of the sea. The studio was large and well equipped. Good value for money. The owner was very helpful and accommodative.

Staff is very nice and they are available to satisfy any needs I was there with my two kids from mid july till mid august 2014 and it was very safe and confortable. I suggest everyone to stay at Kaloudis apts.

Review 26：Very friendly house owner who is most the time personally available. Got several presents like home made wine and a home raised rabbit. good cleaning maid comes every day. full kitchen and a nice but small swimming pool. internet only at pool area and very slow and unstable though.

Review 45：The views. The room. The location. The Kaloudis apartments are situated approx 1 mile from Almiryda- uphill. We walked.If you are a non-walker get a taxi or go by car. Take some food/snacks/drinks with you. Great place to stay.

The night view from our balcony was excellent with the view of the sea and the lights of Almirida, I would recommend these apartments to all. It is economical, quite and clean.
Review 48：A beautiful location up on a hill, we had stunning views of the sea and the White Mountains. The pool area was very pretty and the apartment had everything we needed. Mr Kaloudis saw to us personally and showed wonderful hospitality, we felt part of the family, such a lovely man. The price was amazing and we had fresh towels every day and our room cleaned every day. Very pleased indeed and we would stay again.

Review 51：The position was wonderful - up on a hill, but with a sea view. We could walk to the town/ beach on a small path in 15 min. The appartment is big, clean and all utensils are there if you needed to cook, or to make a coffe/ have a glass of wine. The food in the village is excellent, so we did not use the facilities. The welcome is excetionally warm and freindly. The price in Okt was fantastic.

Review 53：The owner, Pete, was very helpful, introduced us to other couples staying there and made sure we had everything we wanted. He prepared a BBQ for everyone staying and joined us all on the middle Sunday. The views were spectacular, the pool was kept spotless every day, clean linen/towels and floor mopped 12 days out of 14, the beach at Almirida was only a 4 minute drive, all in all, fantastic value for money.
Review 54：1.5 km does feel a far walk to the beach especially that the return is uphill, but there are options to hire bikes, scooters and cars to deal with this issue.Also no Wi-Fi, which was stated on the website so no surprises but would be good to have it installed.
