Review 1：that it didn't have microwave to heat up kiddies bottles and outside food to reheat.
Review 2：we liked the convince of having a family room instead of hiring individual rooms for an extended family. only stayed one nite so was very adequate.
Review 3：The beds were NOT comfortable and the pillows were old and very worn. The room was clean, although the aircon/heater had not been cleaned in centuries and gave us all sneezing attacks and smelled like urine from time to time. There was mold growing in the bathroom and was probably everywhere in the room. Our security lock was broken the first night and our room door flew open during the night while we were all sleeping. The owner fixed the lock the next day, though. VERY basic accommodations -- this hotel desperately needs to be updated.

Review 5：My friend and i wanted to sit by the pool (with plastic cups) half filled with moscato (no glass at all) and we were denied access. Gate for pool area was locked. Asked reception if they had a key for the pool and the receptionist replied with a firm yes then i asked if i could have it and she said no. And stated whilst she didn't believe that we would muck up the answer was still no. Would also like to point out... no one else used the pool either!
Review 6：The cleaning staff were lovely, polite and helpful. The room was clean neat and tidy. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived.

Review 13：Loved the service! We arrived for the groovin the moo festival and were greeted warmly, with the staff checking bus timetables for us without us even asking! When we arrived back to the room afterward we found that our heater had been turned on for our comfort and were so greatful for it! Also the hot water worked a treat :D Such good price too! + close to fast food if you're feelin peckish

Review 30：This is a very old motel. It was like visiting the 70's. Bed was hard. Room was small. Bathroom tiny. They are close to the Wine region and wedding central and need to invest cash to bring it up to international standards.

Review 44：Whilst the room was in general clean and tidy it was a surface tidiness. The cushions on the lounge had not been pulled up and there was rubbish underneath. I didn't explore further. Maybe this was the only area. The room had a distinct feel of doing what was needed to move it on to the next tenant. The bed sloped toward the middle and if my wife had accompanied me we would not have had a very comfortable night. It is a budget hotel in need of some money being spent on it. That said it wasn't filthy just the vacuum cleaner just gets run over the bare essentials. I also appreciate that hotels in Australia in particular tend to be located on busy roads and unlike Europe have not been built to keep noise out. I did find the room noisy and the passing traffic did keep me awake. I will remember to take some ear plugs next time. I spend a lot of time in Norway where the rooms are triple glazed and dead quiet so my more recent experiences and what I am used to have no doubt affected what I consider normal.
