Review 2：Loved the rooms,the food and the ambience but the swimming pools location wasn't goodthe spa needed to be improved. The hospitality of the staff specially one Mr Pratik at reception counter was at his best.have already recommended to lot of people.

Review 15：I was upgraded to the suite room on arrival. The service was excellent, the room was clean and spacious. The pools were clean and the game room was well equipped. They even allowed a 90 minute delay in check out.

Review 18：The location of the hotel is on a very busy (main) street which results in a lot of traffic noise especially if you are in the front of the hotel, where the higher grade rooms are located.

We had ordered orange juice we were given lemon juice when we complained manager came and said it was orange I said how can orange juice be yellow and taste like lemon..... Service also takes a lot of time... Worst part is that major of the hotels have breakfast complimentary they charge for it.... Even the next day morning all hotels serve water for free they charge for it.... They need to improve certain policies to grow better....

Review 32：All doors are too dangerous. My daughter got hurt but with God grace could avoid a major accident and my wife also got hurt.. They should do something on the same immediately to avoid any major incident. Dining (Buffet) place is very small. Otherwise its good. We really liked it.
