Review 4：Very oldstyle hotel, poor service, very cold, the radiators don't work,the temperature in the rooms very low, food isn't tasty & fresh, disgusting hotel,the waiters are impolite. It's not like 5stars or even 4stars hotel, Cervosa seems to be not more than 3stars hotel with such kind of service and facilities.

Review 6：The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant food (dinner and breakfast) was always great and staff were very warm (special mention to Mr. Balazs). Bar and afternoon tea were always great (special mention to Ms. Lena and Mr. Wojtek). Facilities were excellent: ski room, pool, very strong (and free!) wifi.
