Review 1：- There was nothing not to like.
Review 2：- The hotel was by the sea. - There were no mosquitoes and it was an unexpected pleasant surprise! - The view from our room was nice and relaxing. - In the kitchen, there were the basics for cooking and preparing our meals.
Review 3：Friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. Her husband took us by car into town on the day we arrived (we had walked from the town pulling our suitcases!) and then when we left he offered to take us by car to the bus station. We had booked for 3 nights but it was so peaceful and relaxing that we stayed a further 8 nights! Amazing location with the garden extending to the secluded beach with a few steps down. Several beautiful beaches within 30-45 mins walking distance. Location great if you have a car or like walking as we do. Amazingly there were no mosquitoes (we had been badly bitten in Corfu from where we had just come)

Review 5：The room was clean and the views from the balcony were fabulous. Improvements being made to bar area will certainly boost this accomodation. Right on the beach and so handy for visiting other places. Katrina and family were so welcoming and friendly and helpful.
Review 6：The location is spot on, all the windows are opening to the beach. It has a great yard, parking, barbecue, ... Rooms are well equipped with air conditioning and hot water is always available. The owners are fantastic, they care for their guests and are always helpful. and them being live in the same place gives a nice reassurance. Preveza itself is a quiet and nice spot.
