Review 1：During my stay I had all the facilities needed, it was clean, and the place has a good location. On top of that, Nikos is one of the kindest persons I've ever met.

Review 2：Exceptionally clean and very modern yet cozy! The owner went out of his way to welcome me. He had hot coffee ready in the early morning hour the day of my departure - which made getting up early for my flight much easier. Within walking distance to the center of town and the harbor. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Review 3：Walk 15 minutes along the shore from Mytilini harbour, turn left into Karapanagioti street, there you will find a s small house,enter the reception stuffed with memories Nikos will there to greet you with his low voice and his somewhat sad smile. Nikos is a kind man, first he will offer you a greek coffee, in fact he will offer you a greek coffee each time he sees you and you had better not to turn him dowm, then he will help you without limit, set you up with the least expensive rental car, tell you where to eat, who knows maybe he will even bring you to the laundry on his scooter through the mad traffic. He is a legend in the island, evrybody knows Nikos. His rooms (beware not so many) are large, clean, quiet. The airconditioner works softly, Wifi is available. So go to Nikos Motel without hesitation, it's good place.

Review 6：Nikos is a warm, kind host who wants to make his guests feel at home and at ease. His rooms are clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. I had a wonderful stay here. This is a highly recommended place to stay in Lesvos.

Review 8：I stayed at Motel Nikos for several days. I'm retired. 72 years old. Former university professor from the U.S. By the time I left I had, in Nikos, a good friend. He's a wonderful human being. He does absolutely everything he can to make those who stay there comfortable. When I left he gave me a free ride down to the bus stop, for example. He made coffee for me on a few occasions in the morning. I sat and spoke with most every evening. He speaks and understands English well. I met some very interesting people who are friends of his, friends who dropped by in the evening to say hello to him. He seems to know almost everyone in Mytilene. The motel is just to the south of the harbor. You can walk to the harbor from the motel in ten easy minutes. When you get to the harbor you're on its south side where there are some wonderful restaurants. The area is safe. A block away from Motel Nikos is a great little coffe shop. The coffee shop serves hot sandwiches and pastries. You can sit and watch the world go by. The motel is in a quiet residential neighborhood . Nikos will take care of anything, and will help with any questions you have. The motel and those who stay there are his life's work. It's work he does well. I'll definitely stay there again when I next come to Mytilene.

Review 9：staff entering the room while people inside is not normal anywhere in the world especially if you dont have a dont disturb sign or locking the door option...at least knocking would be nice.did he see anything :) no we were sleeping,but it makes you uncomfortable a lot,we couldnt sleep well the other night after hearing noises from outside...

Review 13：You should probably take a cab from the port to this location, it's half an hours walk from the port. Nikos will probably help you go back to port when you check out, though.

Review 14：Ask Nicos for local dining and sightseeing advice. Very comfortable rooms with private bathroom, a/c, safe, and lots of space. Close to few good restaurants and departure point of buses that goes to different towns in the island. (It's a large island with not-so-perfect roads, so these buses are lifesavers for traveling through the island).

Review 15：It is fantastic value for money! The quality of our room was great - it was newly rennovated, large and very clean. And to top it all off: The owner Niko is extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 17：The rooms are clean and modern and have excellent showers. Nikos was very helpful and even dropped us at the bus stop in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the centre but in a very quiet neighbourhood, so there were no disturbances at night.

Review 19：Mr. Nikos was so friendly and hospitable for any question and condition we ask for. The location of Motel was great indeed, just 5-7 minutes by walking to the Mytilini port. The wifi connection, bed and room quality, being on very quiet road, giving sufficient info for all island for lunch-drink-beach, etc. In brief, It was so lovely and great 4 days we spent in Motel Nikos, I would definitely choose and advise it with pleasure.

Review 20：The breakfast was ok, but nothing more. Simple; white bread, coffee and some cheese. 10-15 min walk from the public beach.

Review 21：Motel Nikos is great value for your money! The room were clean and tidy, with a cozy feel. They seem to be renovated quite recently. The yard is cozy, and there are balconies for several rooms. Our host were very friendly and hepful - he made us feel at home. We rented a car and drove around the island for a day -recommended! Definately a place we would like to come back to!

Review 27：Nikos was more like a friend that I hadn't seen for a long time, rather than the owner of the hotel... When we were late in the morning, he prepared the breakfast with is own hands :) Chatting with him was fun. For sure we know where to stay next time in Mythilini. Right place if you are looking for a smart, "home-like" place to stay..Wrong place if you are used to stay in 5 star-residents.

Review 31：Very clean and comfortable hotel.City center within walking distance. The room was clean,spacious and the prices are low.Mr. Nicos the owner is a very nice,joyful and hospitable person. Very close to the motel there is an all night kiosk where you can buy your own supplies.And a few meters down the street there is a restaurant-pizza place with very good food. We definately recommend this hotel and we will stay there again next time we visit Mytilene!!!

Review 32：The only downside is that the motel does not have a licence to sell drink. But there are plenty of bars in the city and a small all-night kiosk a few metres away where you can buy your own supplies.

Review 33：These rooms are run by the owner, Nikos, who was really friendly and welcoming. I was travelling alone and he made me feel safe and looked after. The room I had was beautiful; spacious, clean, all mod cons and fantastic shower. It's the best place to stay if you're flying into Mytilene because it is so easy to find - unlike some of the other places hidden in the warren of one-way streets. I will definitely be staying there again.

At first we thought it was a little far from harbour but when we rent a car and saw how big problem the park is in centre, we saw that the location was perfect. A nice, clean, family run hotel, decoration fairly new and adequate. Excellent value for money. Review 43：From the very first moment we arrived we knew we are welcomed and in good hands. We arrived early and Nikos let us keep our big backpacks in the hotel. We went for a walk and returned to a clean prepared room with air-conditioning, shower and balcony. We get to talk about football and got some good traveling tips. Review 48：This hotel is superb. Nikos is a very warm hearted and friendly host who makes you feel very welcome without getting in your way at all. The room was plenty big enough for two, with everything you might need and was finished to a high standard - care taken over decoration (lovely wall pictures) and everything was clearly well cared for. Bathroom was great too, clean and modern and again, thoughtfully designed despite the small area for it. It's only a short walk to the centre too. We stayed in another hotel in Mytilene for one night in the centre of town which was in the same price bracket, but Motel Nikos is 100x better.

Review 49：Owner Mr. Nikos does not see this as his job but as his life. He is extremely helpful and very sincere. Our room was newly renovated, had everything we needed. I can recommend this Motel to everyone.

Review 50：- WiFi is a little spotty. - Not really much of a con but the hotel is slightly far from the port (slightly far being a ten-minute walk)

Review 51：- Very modern and recently renovated rooms. - Bathrooms were phenomenal in design and cleanliness. - Nikos, the owner of the hotel and the guy who will check you in is probably one of the most entertaining characters you will ever meet. - Nikos was nice enough to drive us and our baggage to the KTEL (Greek regional bus) station in his own car.

Review 53：We stayed 3 days in that hotel on 5, 6 and 7 of August/2014. The hotel is very clean and confortable., the rooms are designed / furnished practically. Wi-fi connection is reachable everywhere., and; the most important is that the owner Mr. Nikos is very kind, warm, joyful and giving a great hospitality to everybody in the hotel. Review 54：If you just get out to the boat and your rental car would be available day after, it's a little long way with luggages. For this reason, talk with your rental car agency, to bring you the car in the port on the time you got out. They bring the documents to fill with them and can complete the procedure to rent. Beside the road, everything is fine.

Review 55：The location is fine with beautiful houses and flowers. rooms are very clean, everytime you may find hot water, free wi-fi is available and works inside the rooms! Beside these, the first reason why you have to visit there is to visit Nikos. He helps you for anything that he can, including tour routes, what is better in which place and so on. Review 56：could be closer to the active area of the port. when i read "balcony with view" in the hotel description, i thought that the rooms were looking to the sea, however they only have the view of the streets. there was no sheet on the bed to cover us during sleep, so we decided to use the sheet that covers the bed. but looking under that sheet was a bad idea because under it was full of hair. bathroom does not have a window.
