Review 1：NO 24 HR ROOM SERVICE...THIS IS A PROBLEM WHEN YOU TRAVELLING WITH LITTLE KIDS

Review 3：Very very upset and horrible experience living at ZARA's Resort atkhandala. I have booked so many hotels through Booking.com, this is thefirst time I have very bad experiences -1. very small rooms without any sitting arrangements in sitting area, no chairs or teapoy only raw and unfinished two siiter which had no back. 2. AC at extreme cool mode but there was no remote of AC in the room. 3. Running water in Bathroom was dirty. 4. mosquitoes and bugs were in the room 5. Front desk people are helpless and non-co-operative. 6. Credit card access machine was not working thus I have to pay huge amount in cash.

Review 4：Room service is very poor.. Food is taste less Room service staff get annoyed/irritated if we request for service, as if we have hurt their ego by giving such jobs. Ordered for mineral water with dinner at 8pm.. Till 10pm we were still chasing with reception for water... Finally had to use water which was kept in car.. Staff do not regret any inconvenience caused to guests due to delay in service... Only the Hotel manager was upset with the behaviour of his team members and tried his level best to convince us and save the Hotel's reputation...

Review 6：Food is not great. Had bad experience of lunch so I skipped dinner atZara and went out for dinner. Rooms very clean but it has old look. Needsome renovation.

Review 7：The location of the resort is isolated from traffic. Although, it is notsurrounded by hills, good thing about it, is excellent silence. Onewould good sound sleep. I had nice experience for a night stay...almostfor 2 days silent mode was on. It has wide area with diff types of roomswith nice surroundings.

Review 8：Though in khandala dere is no as such view from d resort.so one has to really travel far to see good view. secondly there is nothing as such actives to do in d resort itself.both the pool were really dirty.
