Review 9：Not all the rooms had air conditioning, some had fans (! not enough insummer hot days!). We had to pay extra-charge if we wanted to use theair conditioning in our room, but we didn't because we thought itwas not normal service and we managed to sleep without it. Very noisyfacing the main boulevard, ask for the backyard view to be able have aquiet rest.

Review 11：The mattresses (at least the ones in our room) could be replaced as theywere overused. Holes in the middle and spirals poking your hips everynow and then. For us it was no big deal, but for people with a weak backor so it may matter.

Rooms are well equipped for the price wepaid: Private bathroom where everything functions well (in my opinionby far not always the case in "low budget" hotels), smallfridge and tv with international channels. Furthermore the place isvery clean and the location is good. It's located about 500m fromthe city center, the main square/cathedral, a modern shoppingcenter (called Forum), and quite a lot of bars and restaurants for acity the size of Debrecen.
Review 13：This hotel has everything, location, car parking, welcoming staff, bedroom space, neat clean and tidy accommodation. Staff at the reception can converse in English and try to help and assist in anything that was needed. Its good value for money. I will definitely come again to this place.
