Review 2：The location is great and the staff are very kind and make sure to help you out. I was volunteering at the refugee camp and there was a nice mix of volunteers there and the hotel appreciated our work and made sure room sharing was possible if required.

Review 3：I asked for a quiet room and was given a room that was very quiet in this hotel which was centrally located but set back from the main drag. There is a good, reasonably priced breakfast. The husband and wife who run the hotel are very helpful and friendly. They look after you. This was less the case with the young man who was sometimes on duty.

Review 4：Small bathroom, tiny shower cubicle. Staff a little brusque and overly business-like. Would not accept credit cards - claimed data connection issue.

Review 14：Mytilini is being overrun with migrant Syrians who were in large groupsby the port and walking in groups along the roads. I gave money to somebeggar women but the issue is huge and very worrying. Something needs tobe done by the government

Review 17：Within easy walking distance of the ferry terminal, this delightful pension has friendly helpful staff, a pretty patio for breakfast and lovely high ceilinged rooms with shutters that open to the sea. Spartan,with clean white sheets in a very Greek style, it is good value for money.

Actually it was a single room (we read this in the paper behind the door) but instead they had put 2 single beds and named it double. Its balcony was also tiny. Review 25：The bus left me at the harbour, five minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel offered information on where to eat, kindness, a "low" budget single room in an hotel with 24/24 reception and help with a taxi at 5'clock in the morning. A fair deal but I didn't ask for much. The hotel was clean and had ac one of the hottest summer nights of the year.

Review 29：we rented two rooms next to each other. on our first night, when we came back to the hotel, we were shocked to see that the water was not running. it was completely off in both rooms. we went back to the reception. after our complaint, the person in charge went outside and came back, telling us that it should be ok. apparently he went to some sort of water tank and turned it on. it was ok for that night. he also told us (with very little english) that there was some sort of road maintenance work done by the city and that was the reason. Next evening, no water again, and we went through the same thing. this time, an old man from a third room joined us with the "no water" complaint. again the water tank was turned on. we never understood why the water tank was shut down as soon as we left the hotel. we stayed for three nights and the water was ok on only the third night. we were never that fortunate with the wi-fi, though. it didn't work for the whole three days. internet was very important for us and we specifically wanted a hotel with wi-fi all around. we couldn't get it anywhere. we needed a 'working hotel' more than we needed a 'friendly staff'. the staff blamed the road maintenance work for wi-fi, too. that was some road work, cutting off both the water and the internet!!!! i must add that there was fast and continuous wi-fi almost everywhere except our hotel, including a modest beach restaurant in tarti, far far away from 'downtown'. i could easily say that we'll never go back there. this is a hotel that doesn't fulfill its promise.

Review 83：The employees of the hotel were unbeliavable frienldly and helpful in everything we asked. the location of the hotel is very good, downtown and 5 minutes on foot from the port. The rooms and the common areas of the hotel very clean eventhough the rooms are very simple.For sure we are going to suggest it to other people.

Review 88：It's situation was a long way from any taverna or restaurant, about1 1/2 km to harbour taverna/restaurants which required taxi toreturn to the hotel as it was too dangerous to walk back due to poor ornon existant street lights. Going down the opposite way into the mainharbour at Mytilline where restaruants/bars were expensive was notan option.
