Reviews for Upper Deck Resort
Review 1：Double occupancy room with a king size bed was the description on booking.com but what we got was two single cots put together. When asked, the staff said if you want a king size bed, you won't get a room with a view. The view having been advertised on the booking page.
Review 2：It was a welcome break from the sweltering heat of Bombay and luckily the weather was good in Lonavala. The views from the resort was brilliant.
Review 3：The cleanliness of the room wasn't at all satisfactory. The pool also wasn't clean at all to the extent that the kids didn't want to get in it.
Review 4：The resort location is very nice, overlooking beautiful hills area from one side and you can see another nice scenery of the lake on the other side. Staff are so nice, kind and always smiling.
Review 5：Since we were two families with young kids visiting for a holiday, we had requested for two adjacent rooms. However upon reaching the resort we were taken aback since we were offered two rooms in different parts of the resort (Room No. 104 and 144). Since the resort is large the idea of getting the kids to spend time together was not attained. On much deliberation with the staff we were told that the Resort did not receive our request, although while booking on the portal of Booking.com and paying at the Resort's office in Mumbai the request was made. We were also disappointed since both the rooms were of different standards and upon asking for an explanation we were given an excuse that the rooms were of the same standard but in different structures! Basic optical difference that we could make out are: (i) one room with huge bathroom and a bath tub and the other with a small bathroom and just a shower; (ii) one room with a view of the valley and the other with a view of the "WALL"; (iii) one room with king sized bed and the other with two single beds just put together; (iv) one room with a kid's bed and the other with no bed for kid; (v) one room with a coffee table and the other with no chairs!
