Review 1：There were three plugs in the room. Two behind the beds and one behind the desk. In order to plug my charger I had to move either the bed or the desk. Very inconvenient. Besides, the shower did not drain well - had to stand in ankle high water - and the sink did not drain well either. The soap dispenser at the sink did not work. Toilet seat was crooked, on one side it overhung on the other side the ceramic part was way out. Again, very inconvenient.

Review 2：The staff is very kind and helpful. They did everything they could to solve the problems. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great.

Review 3：The bed covers are a bit heavy and breakfast is poor, extra charge for the second cup of café!

Review 4：Asked for twin beds, on arrival were told that one room had only double bed. Without prompting, we were told that instead a two bedroom suit was assigned. Forgot in the room a charger, next day it was mailed to our home.

Review 8：Great customer care, attention to detail, looked after my every needs, the owner couldn't do enough for me even offered to take me to the train station! Very centrally located so could walk to all the most important sites of interest. My room was very comfortable and a good size, bed was very conducive to a good nights sleep.I will be back to stay again.

Review 20：I found the staff very helpful, and did anything they could do for you they did. And the owner even took me to the station on his say off, i will be back when i go back.

Review 21：It was Easter weekend, where the entrance wasnt even open when I arrive. There is note on the door but its NOT in English. End up calling their number but no one answer the phone. However, after few minutes someone turn up to open the door for us.

Review 24：The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly--they did more than they needed to to make sure I was comfortable and got what I needed. The location is close to the main attractions, and not even that far from the train station if you want to walk, but it's also very quiet and relaxing there.

Review 25：The parking is in the inside yard of the building - a secured one. On the evening we didn't have access to our car, we had to ask the receptionist to came with us.

Review 26：The hotel is very good positioned, on the main street of the city. It has an elevator so we hadn't to use the stairs with our luggage. The English was just the body language. The breakfast was good - we were blocked when the receptionist asked us if we want "eggs food" - after some seconds we understood that we had to choose between omelet and scrambled eggs.

Review 28：We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well and so did the WiFi. The meals in the restaurant were good. We liked the secure parking. It is an easy walk to the central part of town where there were lots of other places to eat if you want more variety.
