Della Resorts is a designer resort spread over 43 acres. It houses three different properties i.e. Della Adventure Resort, Della Luxury Resort and Camp Della Resort. Housed within this property is Della Adventure which is India's largest extreme adventure park with over a 100 adventure activities including bungee jumping and swoop swing.
The property has a 24-hour philosophy, offering an all-day fine dining restaurant, a swimming pool open throughout the day, a spa where visitors can indulge themselves at any time day or night, all-day fitness centre and salon and a business centre where guests can burn the midnight oil if they so please. Della also has an extensive collection of 20 versatile indoor and outdoor function spaces that can accommodate any group size.
Offering views, the air-conditioned rooms of Della Resorts are fitted with wooden flooring, minibar and flat-screen satellite TV. Tea/coffee making facilities are available. The en suite bathrooms include a bathtub, shower and free toiletries.

Review 1：Buffet is not a good option if you like quality food. Too many people carmped @ one place on 31st night

Review 3：The Camp Della Resort rooms have to many insects...we even had a frog in the bathroom which really scared my 7yr old. Swimming pool is only available near the main reception area...it would be nice to have a pool on top near the camp resorts too.

Review 6：The Della Resort grounds are incredible! Truly an oasis from the city of Mumbai. When entering the resort you are transported to a different side of India. Everything is lush and green, manicured gardens, there is a royal feel to it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable. The main lobby area and the 24-hour cafe were the two main areas where we spent our time. Although there were plenty of activities to do onsite, we decided to get a driver for the day and go explore the sights, smells and sounds of Lonavala. If you have never been to Lonavala before I highly recommend going to see the following: Monkey Park, Lions Gate, local Temple, Chiki stands. The hotel was helpful in coordinating this excursion.

Review 8：Packages are too good. My daughters enjoyed a lot. Dog walk which I will never permit in my house they had the liberty to do at Della. Staff Is excellent, very friendly and supportive.

Review 9：Reception staff at the check in - you feel as if they dont care to inform you anything like WiFi plans (daily vs hourly),adventure package which even has special rate(500 Inr for basic 2 choices) for people staying in luxury side ,there is no local sight seeing map or desk . Veg Creama restaurant has 5 start rates but feels medicore in service and cleanliness .I alsot think that the rates for mini bar(1000+,for 50c of scotch) and tea(330) can be lowered . covered parking will also be a good value add. Size of room is small in proption to bathroom.

Review 11：The insistence of the Reservation authorities on the night before my check-in that they do not accept American Express credit cards and that I should pay Cash immediately to ensure reservation. I told them that it is unfair to ask to pay cash late in the evening of the 7th Sep (Check in on the morning of 8th Sep). Finally they sent me form to sign and scan back to them for payment against Visa card.

Review 12：I know that critical comments and suggestions are always hard to digestby all of us but for the better of such a superb project and services Iwould like to suggest the following-1. The breakfast area can be more spread out with the outside area also used up in the other side to have more people seated and having their fill in a comfortable way. 2. The equipment's and games mechanism used can be more colorful and painted and attractive and rust proof. 3. For people staying in the villas, the rates for the adventure sports could be more reasonable.

Review 13：Della resort is a brilliant concept combining luxury stay with games,adventure , relaxation and recreation. The property is located in thebest possible space close to the mountains. And to our good luck, thereception person was kind and co-operative to check in us an hour beforeour scheduled time of 2 pm on our personal request. The Room wasexquisitely and lavishly made with the bed in special a real comfort andresulting in cosy and peaceful sleep. The fab point of the Adventurevilla where we stayed was the jacuzzi which was a body and soul soothingexperience. Room service was fast and well attended. The food orderedwas tasty and palatable albeit bit expensive. Overall I felt veryrelaxed and enjoyed my 24 hour stay at the della. Which has beenconceived brilliantly by Mr,Jimmy Mistry but surely the great man willhimself believe that there is always scope for improvement and moreprecision. The People/ Boys working at the adventure games who arealso called marshals are all earnest and work well and were pleasant andwish them a good life. But definitely the in room facilities and theentire property is very maintained and managed including car shuttleservices to and fro around the complex. It is surely worth a visit topamper yourself and feel privileged.

Review 14：Adventure activities not planned properly. Even room guests have to buy the complete package which involves a lot of activities. There should be flexibility for room guests to try individual activities.

Review 19：The Restrooms in the Restaurants/Lobbies, its awful, its uncivilized, even for grown up. The entire family ie my wife, my son in law & my daughter didn't like it & we ensured the children do not enter those Restrooms & we make them rush to our rooms when needed.

Review 22：Great hospitality, food, ambience and comfort. One must visit Della if they want to indulge in luxury, and great food. It was our first anniversary, and Pooja offered us a complimentary cake, and ensured it was placed in the room, while we were out for dinner. The gesture is much appreciated.

Review 28：The service, the food, the view, the helpful staff. Pet friendly hotel. It was a delight to spend 3 days in the lap of nature and luxury. The landscaping was outstanding, the pool was perfect.

Review 29：Sub standard crib, only one feeding high chair in the entire hotel. Had emailed my request 3 times prior to arriving in the hotel. No one responded. Hotel is under construction, and def a sore to look at the unkept construction rubbles scattered around. Work was ongoing even past 8pm.

Review 35：When u arrive at so called 5 star property you would expect certain standards. But I was left fuming when I was checked-in a room with leftovers from previous guests. Old tooth brush and slippers lying around and an empty mini bar. Also the staff at 24 hr cafe during breakfast time were so lethargic and only concerned in clearing old plates they didn't bother to come up to my table to ask if I needed something. Moreover the orders placed at live cooking stations never reached my table. Also the staff had guts to inform me that the order was sent to my table but they couldn't locate me. If that is the case the entire staff needs a crash course in Manning such a small floor. I suggest they start from hotels like Atlantis in Dubai who has ten times bigger floor but the staff never missed bringing my orders from live cooking station to my table.

Review 59：Experience of stay at Dellas was great. I had celebrated my birthday there and i think it was my best bday ever. The stay at luxurious rooms was very wonderful and the best part was a day adventure park. All the staff was very good and co-operative.

Review 64：The check in was at 2pm but we had to wait 1hour and half to go to our room. We had a really bad time trying to communicate with the front desk asking for things that the room and bathroom should have but we didn't succeed. The service was really bad. We tried to have breakfast in our room but we had to give up because they could not understand our order that was in their menu. Also they had a wedding and they closed the swimming pool and the restaurant for the party and we could not enjoy the facilities we thought would be available for us

Review 66：Booking.com reservation did not include the taxes (17.36%). The cafestaff needs to be improved. And the Airconditioner vents (luxury resort)are too dusty. Needs to be more child friendly and handicapaccessibility. No welcome drinks when arrived. Don't get your carwashed there.

We were staying at the Adventure resort, the housekeeping number on the phone was either incorrectly configured or the telephone on the other side was poorly manned.. Even after walking upto the housekeeping staff and asking them to provide some things like towels, toiletries, newspapers.. Their response time was pathetic. They were generally either too stretched as there might have been few housekeeping staff or they were uninterested. For the kind of pricing which Della takes, the amenities provided were not upto the mark. For instance - why is wifi not included in the package itself - in this day and age there are not too many 5 star hotels which do not provide complimentary high speed internet connection. In the wet season why does every room not have 2 umbrellas or the plastic overalls they sell to day visitors. Again, why are slippers not replaced every day considering the wet season!!! I had to wait for more than 10 minutes on at least 5 occasions for the transport vehicle within the resort to arrive!! Their is no system except walkie talkies in place. You can easily have a room number linked service. Minor things but their absence causes a lot of unnecessary irritation.
