Review 1：Yvonne, the owner, made us feel very content. I forgot to mention to her when booking, that I had recently had a major operation. On mentioning this Yvonne changed our room, with separate bathroom, to an en-suite. Was very thoughtful..
Review 2：We loved the b&b. It was very comfortable and clean. The couple who run it are great people, very friendly and helpful. The staff were wonderful too. We were served by Santa and an elf. The food was great, a brilliant breakfast. Also there is a bar and a cosy lounge. We felt very at home here and will be returning soon.

Review 7：I stayed in a family room, room size was good, room was clean, wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was excellent, staff was extremely friendly, location was good, parking was easy, could choose road side parking free of charge from 6:00p.m. till next morning. Recommended.
Review 8：Quite a few steep steps to the room which might be difficult for less nimble people. Not all the ensuite rooms had the toilet in the bedroom/ensuite area.

Review 21：We've ended up in this corner of Devon a bit randomly as we did a mistake with the previous booking in Cornwall, but what a nice mistake this was :) The property is easily reachable as it's in the centre, the staff was great accommodating every request and the place is beautiful, both the village and the house, even though Jason and Yvonne confessed us that they will start restoring and redecorating the Hotel soon. Will definitely go back again.

Review 38：Lovely hidden gem of a B&B, owners and staff very welcoming. The house is lovely and quaint just like stepping back in time, a great getaway! We stayed in room 5 which was delightful as we had a large room with a sea view. Homemade cakes left for us were delicious. The harbour village is a 2 min walk from the house and the gorge is only a stone throw away. We will most certainly be visiting again.

Review 50：After staying at Orchard House for 14 years under the previous owners I was a bit apprehensive of how my stay would be. I needn't have worried as the new owner made me feel very welcome and was excellent company for a lone traveller at the end of the day.

Review 53：Not good Wi-Fi or mobile reception only because of the location, deep in the valley. Sometimes you just can't get the best of both worlds with the beautiful location and technology.
