Review 1：Bugs in the Bedroom, dirty bathroom and toilette. Breakfast and dinner is horrible in terms of quality. Coffee is more or less a bad joke in the early morning. also the rooms are in bad condition. never again. 4 star??? it is most probably 2 star not even more.

Review 10：Categorization of rooms (we were charged for Superior Double/Twin room but I would compare it to IBIS double room) Dinner at the restaurant is served till 20:30 which is only 30 minutes after closing hour of the spa center and absolutely is too early Lobby bar is closed at 22:00

Review 12：We stayed two nights in the hotel. The food choice was poor, quality was below average. The staff was unfriendly, sometimes rude. Understaffing was common in all areas of the hotel. The beds are old, not too comfortable. They charged for using the parking lot of the hotel, though it was not mentioned at check in and listed as free on their website. Some areas of the spa they charge extra for entry. That is ridiculous for guests spending a lot of money at the hotel. The place is a rip off. Very poor value for the money paid. The hotel is over rated with four stars. Far from it.
