Review 1：If you want relaxing vacation in peaceful but beautiful place, maybe doing some cooking yourself, this is place for you as for us. Swimming both the pool and the beach. Great personel as well. The welcoming package was super -we were right on vacation after arriving the villa.

Review 3：The beach near by and the private pool. Every little thing that we ask was respond quickly and with a smile. We have in the kitchen everything we need to cook. Wonderful restaurant Stefani, five minutes walking.
Review 4：We went at the end of March/start of April which is very early in the season and none of the local restaurants were open yet. So we had to drive to some of the larger villages and Lindos and Rodos to find restaurants that were open. However if you go during the peak season from you will find around 5 restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The pool is not heated and was too cold to use in April but I understand that during the warmer months the sun heats up the pool nicely.
Review 5：The Villa is gorgeous. The design is contemporary and stylish. The villa is full of light and there are patios and balconies on every floor. The villas are situated on the coastal road, you have a view of the sea from the villa and you can walk across the road to the beach in under a minute. The kitchen is very well equipped and you will find everything you need in the villa including washing machine, hair dryers, a good selection of tv channels in English and other languages, good and free wifi, plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool/beach, and an information directory on the villa, where to go/eat etc. The staff (manager Karen, and cleaning and maintenance staff Elda and Antonia) and the owner are all very friendly and helpful and clearly take great pride in the high standard of the villas and every effort is made for guests to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. When we arrived they had even stocked the fridge with supplies including wine, bread, ham, cheese, crisps and more. This was such a nice and welcoming touch. There were also flowers in the house and a liitle rosebud in the box where we collected our key. The manager was also there to meet us on arrival. The pool is beautiful and looks stunning all lit up at night. The gardens are also beautiful, with herbs you can use for cooking and little olive trees. The photographs on the web site are accurate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the bed linen and towels were spotless and new. The villa was spotlessly clean and although a few years old everything looked as good as new.

Review 7：The owner was extremely helpful and the villa was very large and beautifully, decorated with everything you needed. The private pool was perfect. Lots of lovely restaurants to choose from.
Review 8：Upon our arrival (which was late at night) we discovered the lower level bedrooms(in the U.S.we call these basement rooms) were not clean and had ants not only on the floor but on the headboard and bed. We couldn't sleep there,so spent the rest of vacation upstairs on sofa and chair. We found two blankets but they had stains on them so unable to use. The linens on bed were not clean and food from previous guests was left in the refrigerator. When we contacted the manager she sent Edira to clean up and her husband to spray the ants. They came everyday after that but the damage had already been done. Before arrival we received an email with instructions to not put any toilet paper in the toilet .This made us very uncomfortable since we didn't have to do this at any other hotels in Greece or Italy. The last straw was having the cleaning people come before checkout time ,we were so uncomfortable that we called the cab to come get us early. The driver Mike was wonderful and took us on a tour of the island to show us real island hospitality.
Review 9：The pool and beach were lovely. The second housekeeper , Edlira and her husband were the only reason we didn't leave the first day. They gave above and beyond to make our stay comfortable after the first evenings problems.

Review 14：The WC at the floor -1 (villa Allia) don't have a ventlation, so it's bad-smelling. Second, but is an entire Island-problem, you cann't waste paper in the WC, but this is to place in a trash.
