Review 1：We were three cousins - 2 extending our vacation from Sicily and one arriving from London. Visting our Italian cousins and sitghtseeing daily at wineries, grappa distilaries and cheese producers. As well as having a great time in Bassano del Grappa. Our triple room was very large and comfortable. plenty of closet space for the three of us for 6 nights. Enough towels, Bathroom was like a showroom. Minibar refrig was FREE Breakfast fine. 3 nights the restaurant had a apperitivo buffet. Paid only for wine which was excellent and only 4 Euro per glass. Our luggage was delayed and I left instructions at the front desk to place in our room- it arrived while we were out and when we returned the luggage had been placed in our room

Review 11：Breakfast was very poor. All plates were basically empty after 8.15 -although the property is still new and has a modern touch it misses themanagement. No towels or paper towels in the gym. You can imagine thehygiene when touching the equipment which was used by others before.Aircon didn't work and took more than 3 hours to reboot the system.WiFi signal extremely weak, no paper tissues in the room .... I thinkyou get the message regarding the missing love for details. It's apity as the hotel would have so much potential if managed properly.

Review 12：We booked the Junior Suite, which was spacious and clean. Seemed stillpretty new. Although out of town, still centrally enough and just ashort drive to get to the old town. Free parking and wifi

Review 13：Breakfast was basic, the bar closed to early though there is one bar nearby. The location was terrible, we even got lost trying to get back from the famous bridge at night to the hotel. A car is needed, though there is local transport that runs till the evening. Otherwise a taxi is recommended to get back at night.

We stayed also at other locations,this hotel is great for young couples interested in being close to town.BEST place to eat in town Piazza Bella Capri, incredibly inexpensive,excellent food.Bring a map or GPS most of the town is one way.
