Review 1：There was a kitchen in the room but no pots, pans, or any utensils.

The main differentiator is the genuinly service minded, skilled and kind staff, and the relaxed and calming atmosphere from the moment you enter the reception. Also positively surprised by the quality of the restaurant - simple and authentic well tasting food. Hope this hotel will manage through the difficult times i Greece. They certainly deserve it.
Review 4：The room was large, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. The service was first rate. The hotel is in a very quite setting and you need transport to Prevaza.

Review 6：Big room, beautifully decorated, soft beds. All the hotel's areas (reception area, dining hall, swimming pool) are stylish and well-designed. Quiet location, really close to the city of Preveza. Great service.

Review 9：weak or no wifi connection inside the room breakfast buffet needs improvement - very low pace refill tv with no working remote it took 3 days for manager to realize it personal care products were not renewed - i asked for them every day from the reception desk room kitchen without kitchenware (pot, pan, dishwashing liquid, sponge) pool bar menu and coffees had high prices personel training needs improvement - most of the staff didn't know how to cover customers needs hard to find - you definitely need a car for your transportation
