Review 10：Sally and Paul made us feel so welcome. They have a lovely B&B which is very well situated. Delicious homemade flapjack on arrival and we felt so at home even though we only stayed for 1 night. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
Review 11：The house was a perfect position in Lynmouth, the rooms very nicely decorated and had lovely views. Everywhere was spotless. The dining room overlooked a very pretty raised patio. Would stay there again.
Review 12：Room quite small entrance door hits bottom of the bed. Bed bit hard for my liking. Shower a bit cosy. Thought it was a little overpriced for size of room.

Breakfast excellent good quality and piping hot, home made bread, fresh jug of milk outside door every morning is a nice touch makes up for biscuits not being replenished everyday. Very comfortable lounge and balcony in communal area looking over the river. Great position for walks and visits to nearby towns and beaches by car. Secure parking in a large garage a bit tricky to get into. Room spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Shower powerful and easy to use, temperature easy to control. Will return but different room.

Review 15：The accommodation is set in a lovely location , it is very cosy and comfortable . The couple that run it go out of their way to make your stay very pleasant.
