Fariyas Resort sells fast on our site. Overlooking the beautiful Frichley Hills, Fariyas Resort in Lonavala features an outdoor water theme park, a year-round indoor pool and a video game arcade. Guests can also enjoy pampering spa treatments.
The well-decorated rooms all provide wonderful views of the mountain from the private balcony. A cable TV, sofa bed and minibar are included. The private bathrooms have either a shower or a bathtub.

Review 1：Mattress and pillows hard (not very comfortable), dinner napkins on one occasion smelt like they had been in storage for a year

Review 3：1. Bathroom was not having lock from inside 2. TV was not working 3. Staff was very lithargic and I called 3-4 times then I got response for tv repairs 4. Even after repair, tv was not functioning 5. Smoking smell in room 6. Waiting for 1 hrs to check in

Review 5：We opted for premium room. But the water flow for filling the tub was two slow. It took 30 minutes to fill the tub. The water was luke warm. Even after complaint the problem could not be solved. Food was not great.

Review 8：We first stayed at Fariyas 32 years ago. It is nice to see that the same standards of hospitality, comfort, food and prompt service are maintained. We always have had a wonderful time at Fariyas. Thank you.

Review 9：Felt the resort is bit overpriced. We took a Family Suite room but the room was not upto expectation. As resort was probably full, they kept us in normal suite and next day moved to premium suite though charges were not revised. We had a bad experience with Room service being rude and had provided feedback to hotel. Hope they take appropriate action

Review 11：Since it is a 5star hotel.the upkeep and maintainence can be improved.eg the wall paints shud be as new.the balcony and the balcony furniture is chipped off.the flooring in some areas looks very ancient. Also the signage on the main road should be bigger and clearer.and shud start 4-5kms away from the hotel.

Review 13：The Water Park was not properly managed specially the slides. When someone comes from the slide the gaurd standing down is not intimated and I was about to hurt my back by a child coming out of the slide.

Review 19：While we checked in we were given a room with a awful view and we had to repeatedly request them to change our room , which they had to do finally . I think this was the most horrible thing about this trip, having paid a lot for staying there and going from a different country we were in for a shock when we saw the view of the room . Should be cleaner. Otherwise good . Decent food Kids place Staff good Adjusted our dates of stay which was good too .

Review 21：We made the booking through Booking.com and booked the Delux room. To our surprise despite of being so expensive...the room was pathetic. It was badly stinking. However after my several requests, the hotel people were generous enough to provide me the upgraded room for no extra charge ...these were really nice rooms.

Review 22：Housekeeping response not good . Toilet of one of our two rooms was stinking even after complaining to housekeeping . Check in took us about more than hour or hour and half

Review 24：While booking I had clearly selected child of 6 years old. automatically added comment of extra crib for child. At the time of checkin the staff didn't say anything but asked additional charge of child above 5 years. This is utter fleecing technique. I objected to it not for the amount but as the practice was improper. Finally the supervisor at check out desk waived the additional charge saying they do no charge for child of 5 year and less so they are waiving charge for 6 year old. The website should clarify such extra hidden charges while booking itself to avoid such conflicts, especially on leisure trips.

Review 46：Inspite of booking on bookin.com on 18th june 2014, the hotel was not aware of our reservations. There were ants at the area where the electric kettle was kept. This was promptly attended to when told. Tea/coffee sachets had to be requested on the 2nd day. They were kept in surplus after that.

Review 52：Play area for 1-2 year old was not roof-covered. It was raining the whole day and my 18 months old child had stay indoor with her mother all the time. The video games area didn't have all the games functional especially the car racing game which is popular with kids.
